If this unit is not the very nicest in Giant Steps, it has to be near the top of the list. This unit was completely remodeled with completion in January 2014. This remodel included new lighting, flooring, cabinets, doors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and walk in tile showers in both the master and guest bathroom.This unit has it's own dedicated wireless access to the internet so you don't have issues accessing the internet through the shared complex router.This unit has been furnished with a new pillow top queen mattress in the master bedroom and all new linens and towels. It has a new leather sofa sleeper and leather love seat. There is a new 50' Smart TV in the family room and a new 39' flat screen in the master bedroom. This renovation was completed in 2015 . This unit is the premier unit in Giant Steps that is available for guest rental. We wanted to have a luxury unit for ourselves, so we went down to the studs in this unit and replaced everything with high quality materials. We recognize that we are charging a bit more than the other rental units in Giant Steps, but we believe you will recognize the value when you choose to stay in our family condo. The Giant Steps property was built in 1985 and many of the units for rent are nearly the same as they were 30 years ago. We wanted a place that was modern and comfortable. This unit features stainless appliances, granite counter tops, 55' & 40' Samsung Smart TVs, WIFI, upgraded showers (we removed the shower tub and built an over-sized shower in the master bathroom), new memory foam queen mattress with new bedroom set in the master bedroom, new kitchen table, and new front room furniture. All new dishes, pans, small appliances, etc. All bathroom and bedroom linens are new.This units sleeps 8. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. There is full bed and two singles in the guest room. The front room couches pulls out to a queen sleeper. As you walk out the door of this Giant Steps building, you are on the ski slope. This is truly a ski in and ski out condo. This unit is also unique as it has beautiful pine and aspens right behind the back patio. This location offers great privacy.We bought this property because our family loves Brian Head and we love having immediate access to the ski hill, the Giant Steps Lodge, the Brian Head shops and the lake. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this remodeled cozy retreat directly across the street from the pond, and down the road from Giant Steps main express ski lift, restaurants, and the general store. In Brian Head, you can enjoy year-round fun. During the snowy months there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, tubing, etc. During the warm months, there is mountain biking, hiking, ATVs, a park and playground, volleyball and basketball courts, and more!Renovated two bedroom and two bathroom condo. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed above. There is an extra twin mattress located under the bunkbed to sleep a sixth person if needed. There are thermostats for heat and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The full kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, refrigerator, and various small appliances (coffee machine, toaster oven, crockpot, etc.). There is a breakfast bar with stunning view of the pond. There is also a dining room table (added Jan 2023) that can seat 6. Our cozy living room has a comfortable sectional and swivel chair, fireplace, and a smart flat screen TV with cable. Remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a community pool and jacuzzi. One of the only 2-bedroom condos in the main building which has an elevator and is in the same building as the pool. You don't have to go outside to go to the pool! Note: There are still three steps between the elevator and the condo. This is our family condo and not rented full time so we like to keep it nice for our guests and our own use. We hope you'll enjoy our home away from home.Some cool things about the place:Ski out and almost ski in. Ski right out to the Navajo lifts. There is a small hill to ski/hike back in but my four-year-old does it no problem. We love to ski in the day and go to the pool in the evening. Our kids LOVE it here.Brian Head has a free shuttle during the winter that will pickup/drop you off wherever you'd like to go in the town. You just text a number and they'll come pick you up.Copper Chase has a heated covered garage with first come first serve parking. You won't get snow on your vehicle or need to go outside to get in your car.Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and plenty of storage for your things.Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin loft bed.Family Room has a Queen Size pull out sofa bed and a pad in the closet if you need another twin bed.Sleeps 8 including pad.All beds are new memory foam with new linens and pillows.Kitchen is full size and fully stocked with Keurig Coffee Maker, Waffle Iron, Pans, Dishes, Stove, Oven, Crockpot, Blender, etc.TV in Master Bedroom and Family Room has streaming capability and FireTV stick.
