The apartment in a complex which has been completely renovated. New floors, kitchen and bathroom all according to German standards. The facility is well maintained and quiet. Most of the apartments are rented to locals. The atmosphere is very friendly and a positive experience. Some tenants have a cat or small dog. Bluetooth music can easily be hooked up to and played on indoor and/or outdoor speakers. Internet and Wi-Fi television are also included.
