For a day on the beach, we provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler to help you enjoy your day. Unwind at our nearby clubhouse, where you can access two outdoor heated swimming pools, lower pool is adult only after 2pm. The clubhouse boasts foosball, ping pong, Air hockey, bocce courts, and horseshoe pits. If you want to work out our state-of-the-art fitness center helps you stick to your workout routine. Spend the day in any of the above activities then come back to our clean, serene cottage to rest up for your next adventure. Enjoy nature watching or read a good book from the lawn chairs. We take pride in our cleanliness! We even wash the couch cover and all throws between guests.No need to pack a lot , we supply most amenities like paper towels, toilet paper, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo and cream rinse, first aide kit, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dish detergent, trash bags, basic spices and condiments, coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started on your vacation. Polly’s Place is one of 2 houses that share a 5 acre private property located back off the road with a mixture of trees and lawn. This cottage was built by our Aunt Polly and Uncle Hans. We lived in it for years while building our forever home in the back of the property. It’s quiet here with a peacefulness you feel being close to nature. Polly’s Place features a full size kitchen and dining room, a large comfortable living room, two bedrooms, a large bathroom, office area, and laundry area. All bedrooms have blackout shades. The night sky is pitch black perfect for stargazing. Enjoy the large yard area and gas grill. There’s no need to pack sheets and towels since all linens are provided. Locally owned meat market, seafood stores and farm stands are conveniently located nearby. Visit the quaint coastal towns of Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Cape Porpoise and Wells; featuring great restaurants, shopping, golfing, and sightseeing. Take a scenic coastal cruise or go whale watching, fishing, surfing, kayaking or just spend the day relaxing on the many local beaches. Portland is only 20 miles away. This apartment is part of a renovated post and beam barn from the 1700's. Everything is newly renovated with all new appliances, beds, and furniture, with all woodwork sourced from reclaimed materials from the renovation of this old building and the restaurant next door. The living room is large with a pull out couch, as is the main bedroom with a king sized bed. The two other bedrooms have a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other. The space is funky, more like an urban loft, with post and beams and low ceilings. Tall folks beware!Your neighbor will be Bandaloop restaurant - so you can grab dinner and walk home without having to drive anywhere! This space has a unique style and flair, much like the restaurant. Located in Arundel where you can visit Holy Donut across the street, see music and outdoor movies at Vinegar Hill around the corner, miniature golf down the road, along with Bentley's Saloon and Motorland. You will also be close to downtown Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, and not far from the beaches.We are environmentally conscious, using Egyptian cotton towels, organic bedding, organic-safe-cruelty free cleaners and products.
