There is a utility cupboard with hairdryer/ironing board/iron/hoover/dustpan and brush/airer/clothes line and pegs/fleece blankets/cushions for outside seating. With its own private entrance and courtyard, you can enjoy your own space, not to mention outside table, chairs and BBQ to make the most of the Cornish sun. We even provide fleece blankets to wrap up outside on those chilly evenings. Free off road parking is available in front of the apartment, which is very unusual in this area. The perfect scenic and tranquil place to either switch off from the world or relax and prepare for the next venture along the beach. Situated in the beautiful village of Millbrook, Lime Tree is five minutes away from Whitsand Bay – the picturesque forgotten corner of Cornwall. It’s also just a couple of minutes away from the twin fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. From the apartment windows you can see many variety of birds, squirrels and the occasional deer and hedgehog.The local shops, cafes and pub are a stone’s throw away, and with the village being built around a lake it makes for some lovely afternoon walks. On the lake we have many birds including ducks, swans and geese, sometimes we are lucky and see a heron or kingfisher.
