Set in its own private space within the grounds of Ebbingford Manor, Bude's oldest house. This 2 bedroom wooden chalet is perfect for a coastal getaway regardless of the season. Being only 5 minutes walk away from Bude's main beach and with it's own outdoor hot shower and Charcoal BBQ, it suits not only family holidays but surfers' trips away to great surf breaks. Equally being so close to the town centre; literally a stone's throw away from a local pub & restaurants and the coastal footpath right on your doorstep for those keen walkers, this chalet with underfloor heating and a woodburner, is perfect for a cosy winter getaway too. Not forgetting of course being dog-friendly, Summerleaze beach allows dogs all year round.The chalet has a spacious open plan living area with large windows and glass patio doors to allow maximum light in from its south facing outside area, with smart TV & WiFi. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge freezer and gas hob and oven, kettle & toaster and is well equipted. Alongside the kitchen is a dining table to seat 4 comfortably. The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle, sink unit, toilet & heated towel rail. The second bathroom is an ensuite in the main bedroom with toilet, sink unit & heated towel rail. The main bedroom has a kingsize divan bed with underbed drawers to add to the wardrobe's shelves and hanging space. While the second bedroom can be either 2 twin beds or a kingsize bed, also with underbed storage to go alongside wall mounted cupboards to allow for maximum floor space.With it's own off road parking space where you could simply park up your car for the duration of your holiday, having so much on your doorstep, you'd be pushed to need to leave Bude! If you do however want to venture further afield, Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel Castle, Rock & Padstow are all only more or less a 30 minute drive away. Atlantic Retreat is a cosy bungalow sleeping 4 max set back on a quiet road, within easy walking distance of the beaches and town of Bude.It is a 5 minute stroll from Crooklets beach, Summerleaze beach and the Seapool.There are 2 sizable gardens to the front (inc. sun deck) and rear, all fully enclosed and child and dog friendly. To the front there is a quaint bridge leading to 2 off road parking spaces next to a stream.Great for couples, families or groups of friends.The spaceThe second bedroom can be either two single beds or a super king (the mattresses zip together) depending on whether the two guests in that room want to share with a king-size bed in the front bedroom.There is Wi-Fi and a large new Smart TV along with satellite box,Guest accessThe entire property is at the disposal of the guests. Large fenced garden which is dog and child friendly. There is a sun deck to the front of the property. The cottage has been recently renovated and restored to a very high standard. There are two double bedrooms and a single room which easily accommodate 5 people. The beds can be configured to sleep a couple and three children or two couples and a single. A cot can also be provided. The place is excellently equipped including TV, Wi-Fi, Sound System, Log Burner and Heating System which includes underfloor heating downstairs. The kitchen has been refitted with the highest quality appliances including, oven, induction hob, microwave, nespresso machine, toaster and kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bi-fold doors open out onto a slate terrace overlooking the garden. There is also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, slate worktops and sink. Newly built and very well appointed apartment with private terrace overlooking Bude canal. Kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washer/dryer and any utensil you may need for self-catering. The two bedrooms will have linens ready for you, bedroom 1 contains a king-size bed, bedroom 2 contains a superking-size bed which can be separated into two single beds on request. The main bathroom comprises a bath with shower over, the en-suite attached to bedroom 2 contains a walk in shower. Towels and toilet roll provided. Bude is the perfect location for both families and friend groups. Summerleaze beach is just a few minutes walk away, and the town centre is also easily accessible on foot.
