Stunning second floor apartment in converted edwardian house on the seafront. Plenty of parking available on the private road. Fabulous location with wonderful coastal walks in either direction. Ten minutes walk to Joss Bay to the left, or 30 minutes walk to Broadstairs town to the right. There is also access to the beach below via steps only accessible with a key provided to estate residents.The apartment itself has a beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar looking out to sea, spacious and comfy lounge/diner, again with sea views. I do this often with my two young children, but it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.To make sure you have the most space in the kitchen, we have provided 3 additional white folding chairs, which are in the two upstairs bedrooms and the roll top bathroom. Broadstairs train stating less than a 10 minutes’ walk, with links to Margate (4mins) Ramsgate (4 mins) Canterbury (28mins) and London (1hr20 by fast train).
