The living room also features a kitchenette and a dining area.Upon arrival, I'll provide you with chocolate, a bottle of mineral water, coffee, and a selection of teas.In summer, you can enjoy the day or evening on our small courtyard. A small electric grill is available for your use. Parking is also available directly at the house. For stays of 3 nights or more, you can borrow our two 27-inch bicycles free of charge to explore the Neckar Valley Cycle Path.HD TV, free Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, electricity, toilet paper, soap, towels, bed linens, and a hairdryer are all included.Please do not smoke in the apartment; an ashtray is provided outside.Since we have two outdoor cats, we unfortunately cannot allow pets.Location:Due to the proximity to the highway, you can quickly reach the A81 towards Singen, Lake Constance, or Stuttgart.
