The kitchen also has extensive equipment. The dining area is furnished with a large table and leather upholstered chairs, the living area with a comfortable leather couch and flat-screen TV. There is underfloor heating in all rooms, which is fed by geothermal energy. The property has its own well. The apartments are newly furnished and will be opened as a holiday home in January 2014. The holiday farm includes a relaxation area with a sauna, two donkeys and a children's playground.On 70 square meters, the apartment with two bedrooms for 4 people, living and dining area and a large bathroom is ideal as a family home.
