"Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The room was spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The location was also perfect—convenient and close to everything. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others."

This is my second visit to this hotel in Yingkou. Located centrally at gate 4 ( next to 1) in Wanda plaza.
Very comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast (very limited western option due to lack of foreigners in Yingkou) and excellent coffee.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room has the required amenities and comfortable.

知道桔子酒店，第一次聽説葡萄酒店，設計的很現代風，家庭房也佈置的很温馨，就是衞生間門是玻璃的關不上，私密性一般。樓層很高，等電梯比較花時間，尤其是早餐時間，餐廳也比較小。不過步行10分鐘有很多飯店，不遠處就是月亮河公園，距離高速也很近，適合自駕遊玩臨時住一晚

This hotel was amazing! The staff were always friendly and accommodating. They were able to recommend things to do in Yingkou and places to eat. The location was ideal in city center and it was close enough to most attractions. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were wonderful!

咋説呢，先説好的地方酒店是不錯雖然老式裝修但是各項設施挺全的，早餐也真好吃。
不好的地方就是，半夜隔壁打呼嚕根個電鑽似的，屋裡能聽見。
不愉快的地方，訂單須知根本就沒顯示要求交按金，前台辦入住非要求交200按金，不想計較交了就算了。結果第二天退房的時候，説3分鐘就給我退，結果就給我忘了，回頭往酒店打了2次電話説馬上處理，都不處理，按金還要主動去要，哎…
既然訂單沒顯示要求交按金就不應該收按金，既然收了按金就行正常給人家退，還需主動去要才給退回…

I am working, teaching English, just outside Yingkou, 90 minutes away by taxi. With 2 colleagues I was looking for an overnight break. The hotel and Bayuquan provided this. Staff friendly and helpful, great hotel facilities, especially in my room with sea view. I hope I’ll be back and will recommend the hotel to my friends (unless there’s a problem with refunding the ¥500 deposit)
