"This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall.
We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

"Definitely a 5 star experience
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors.
Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered.
There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel.
Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !!
No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful."

"酒店離東街、廟街、文昌橋等老城中心區較遠，感覺地段不是中心區域，但周圍商店也不少，餐飲方便，麥當勞就在旁邊。酒店裝修比較新，黑白基調，時尚大氣。本次住的是豪華雙床房，房間很大，寬敞明亮，兩張1.5米大床，床品舒服好睡，房間衞生做得挺好，乾淨整潔。設備智能化程度相對較高。房間隔音較好，雖然窗外有馬路車輛過往噪音較大，但關緊窗户後房間很安靜。酒店內走道、洗衣房、電梯廳等公共區域都很寬敞亮堂，酒店後面有地下停車場，可免費停車。
入住當天在8樓碰到的保潔阿姨服務特別好，當時因為前台安排的房間還是有煙味，就想看看該樓層的其他房間，保潔阿姨就很配合帶着我們看了幾間可入住的房間，在房間選定後，還主動聯繫前台幫我們更改房間，還請前台讓機器人送鑰匙上來更換，整個過程態度友好，溝通順暢，做事條理清晰，給這位保潔阿姨點贊。
不足之處：房間沒有自動夜燈，夜裡上衞生間要摸黑找開關，很不方便；早餐比較粗簡，品種也較少，截止時間是10：30，但9：30左右下去，有些東西已經見底了，牛奶已經沒有了，也一直未補給。早餐如果是另買，每份要68元，如果住宿是不含早餐的，現買的話，這個價格性價比就太低了。"

"哇塞，第一次來這個酒店，真的很不錯誒。酒店旁邊就是商業體，商業體那邊有吃的，還有唱歌。附近有個金台山公園，建議晚上吃完飯過去散散步，燈光超好看的！酒店的早餐居然是早茶券，都是純手工製作的，真的超級棒。可能臨近新年，看到酒店大堂設了新年拍照區，真的很不錯！推薦！"

設施：完善，床品很舒適
衞生：乾乾淨淨
環境：幽靜清雅，又不失新年的吉祥喜慶。
服務：非常周到和貼心。特別配有管家服務，我們的管家小張在入住後給我們介紹了酒店的路線節目，還給我們準備了象窩茶，一個房間一傷伴手禮。離店還有小禮品4份，艾草錘，杯子茶葉等等，小張姑娘連笑容都好有温度。
我們還坐了索道，逛了茶山，拍了無數好照片。哈哈哈
乘興而來，滿意而歸，到家立刻又泡了一杯象窩茶茶，感覺這次度假非常開心和愉悦。

TTài khoản khách酒店地理位置優越，五分鐘左右就可以到國恩寺打卡。床品也挺舒適的，房間配備了象窩的礦泉水泡茶，還配有象窩出產的茶葉，這個必須點贊。由於前台跟布草的人員溝通出現了問題，一點鐘刷卡進入房間還是沒有收拾，幸好馬上來了兩個人一起收拾，一會就好了，必須為那個姐姐點贊👍總的來説算是不錯的
