"春節期間來塞罕壩玩耍，找了半天找不到一個好的酒店，直到發現這個酒店。這個酒店去年才裝修完成，總體的環境設施都比較好，來了以後感覺確實不錯，房間裏面乾淨衞生，擺設講究。房間裡邊可以用温泉水來泡浴，足不出户享受温泉旅行。另外，服務人員非常熱情周到，我的充電器落下了，前台張女士、李女士給我打電話讓我回來取，非常細心，在此表示感謝。實力推薦大家來住！"

"應該是塞罕壩最好的酒店了吧，可能是期望值太高，有點失望。
主要是軟性服務上，幾乎沒有
居然沒有迎賓！進酒店全靠客人摸索
整個大堂衹有兩個人在前台裏面
遇到水管故障，客房停水（客觀問題，可以理解），直到晚上8點多才供水，期間沒有任何關心或應急措施。廁所都衹能上一次，至少可以告知一下可以到一樓公用廁所，還是靠客人自己摸索
唯一感受到微笑服務的是早餐廳的門僮

VValentin VagabondThis is a nice and clean hotel close to restaurants and shops, and they accepted me as a foreigner without a problem.
But it was the very first time on my two year long bicycle journey that I had to leave my bicycle outside the hotel in a car park. I know that China is a safe country, because there are security cameras everywhere, but if something happens to my bike, it might be the end of my journey.
The other disturbing thing was that the staff was talking very loud in the corridor at 6.30 am and I couldn't get enough sleep. Please keep in mind that people want to rest and sleep .You can talk to each other in a more polite way.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn Danh酒店在一個半山的小區內，所以很安靜，而且確實有點山景。酒店的服務真的很好，酒店9月底沒有空調暖風和暖氣，但是和一個戴眼鏡的保潔阿姨説了冷之後晚上送來了電熱風扇，而且還給加了被子，服務真的很好。酒店有自己停車場也很大，早餐是特別豐盛，中式早餐很全，有現煮湯麪混沌啥的，而且有炒菜和一些特色菜。酒店晚上還給送了牛奶，但是三人間衹給了兩瓶，所以衹能倆人喝一人看着，還有就是酒店燈光很暗，全打開也很暗，廁所也很暗。

TTài khoản khách小院就在一號大道旁邊，鬧中取靜。整體佈局清新大氣，就是個期待的温馨家園。草原咖啡更是滿足一切情緒價值。門口菜園現摘現采，大家吃到了久違的北方家常菜，長者孩子都自得其樂。
飯後旁邊雁鳴湖看夕陽，放風箏，一解旅途勞累，洗肺換心一步到位。
傍晚孩子玩具零件掉進地板縫隙中，帥氣小哥二話不説拆了地板幫忙搜尋，高達夥伴們的團結奮戰最終成功，整個院子歡呼雀躍，讓草原之行快樂滿滿。
完美體驗，期待再來。

TTài khoản khách雖然説是農家院，但是賓館標準。乾淨整潔，房間、院落都有不少花花草草，很有生活氣息。他家的羊肉，不管是涮還是烤，都很棒！據説是自己牧場產的羊。老闆非常和氣，服務到位。

TTài khoản khách到店的時候比較晚了，工作人員給升級了家庭房，非常感謝！工作人員也很熱情，前台的經理（男），文質彬彬，快速解決客户的實際問題與需求；工作人員牛先生也是，有很強的服務意識，給人以賓至如歸之感覺…後面還有動物園，小朋友一定喜歡，唯一拖後腿的就是餐飲，早餐一般般，第二天早餐，可能因為人少，感覺都快不提供了…要啥沒啥！我們簡單的吃一口，返京！而且想着出去吃麻煩，吃了一回晚餐，真的太難吃了！希望改進…其他都挺好，性價比很高！👍🌹🌹
