"My son and I stopped over in Tai’an for 2 nights. The hotel is very well located for Mt Tai, being only a 10 minute Didi ride away from Hongmen gate, the start of the hike up Mt Tai. Directly opposite the hotel is a street with plenty of restaurants, street food and market stalls.
The hotel is of high quality. The rooms are reasonably large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast includes a wide range of options, although western options are not very extensive. The staff are very polite and helpful, although English is not readily available and reception staff relied on translation apps on their phone to engage. Overall, a very comfortable stay and good value for money."

"Overall, my stay was good. However, the Xiao Du device didn’t work throughout my visit, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was one day when housekeeping forgot to make up my room. Despite these issues, the front desk staff provided good service and were always helpful and polite. The location is also quite close to Dai Temple, which makes sightseeing easier."

"The room is simple and clean. Value for money. Hotel location is good as walking distance to daimiao, a night market (not that attractive) and a food streets which could look for breakfast and dinner. It's also close to taishan which only cost RMB 10 to reached tianwaimen.
The only shortage is there is no tv program allowed to watch, all need to pay. Overall, all good."

The location is good, within walking distance from the railway station.There are many eateries nearby. A supermarket is few doors away. Front desk staff is generally helpful. The room is of a good size and we appreciate that we were allowed to check in early.

Hotel was very nice only bad thing was they gave me the wrong room and put me in someone else’s and my room originally costed more than the one they put me in and I received no reimbursement for that. Other than that the location was divine everything I needed or wanted was within walking distance. Would still come back and stay next time I visit.

We stayed in a family room, which was bright and pleasantly furnished. The atmosphere of the room was friendly, and it felt comfortable for our family. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, as we found hair from previous guests in the shower, which was disappointing.
Since we visited during the low season, the restaurant was closed, so we couldn’t enjoy any meals on site. Additionally, the hotel is quite difficult to reach without your own car, and communication with the reception was only possible using translation apps, which made things a bit challenging.
I believe that at a different time of year, with more services and facilities open, our experience would have been much more positive.
Breakfast was offered, but without any choice of drinks. It was acceptable.

We were glad to stay for one night after the 6 hour climb following the imperial route to rest and view the sun rise next morning. However there was no clear signage to direct us to the hotel. After much struggle, we finally found a path via Confucius temple.
Staff knocked on our hotel door at 4.20am and we gathered in the lobby before 4.40am. Hotel staff led the guestp to a designated area and waited for the sun rise. We were happy to be able to witness the sun rise.
Service by the front desk was great. Our phone was not working and the front desk staff came to our room to attend to us.
During checkout, we informed the front desk to charge for the food stain caused by us and front desk staff was kind to waive it. Too bad we did not take down the name of the young man at the front desk who attended to us twice.
Checkout was fast with walking distance to the cable car station.
Would be great if breakfast was not optional and included in the room price.
