夕舍民宿藝術酒店住的很愜意舒服哦，風景很美，住的房間裏就可看風景，房間乾淨整潔充滿藝術氛圍，好似希臘愛琴海的蘭白格調，酒店的前台服務員很熱情服務周到，接景區的司機師傅也很熱情介紹旅遊打卡熱點，就是時間緊迫住了兩晚，要不在這周邊也有很多櫻花園可玩。下次來還住這兒

進入平壩南站一眼望穿的小車站 人少也等了將近20分才上了滴滴 一路直奔酒店去放行李 一路經過縣城平平無奇的小路 心裏有點擔心這個酒店會不會太偏僻 直到進入指示酒店的入口路上 慢慢感受到他們精緻的用心。 在一個雙叉路口的牌坊裏 差點錯過酒店的大門入口 有點隱祕的大門。 感覺來到了一個很特別的教堂大門 一開門進入眼簾的水景及拱門真的太美了 一層一層的輾轉走進酒店前台 每一處都是令人驚喜的設計 服務人員的接待也是令人特別感覺温馨 一整個心情變得更超好，開始興奮起來 沿途走過錯落有致的端景丶茶室丶櫻花樹下 終於進入期待已久的輕奢庭園套房 整個房間整齊清潔敞亮 10幾米寬的落地窗與庭園無縫連接 窗外有園景有湖景有山有水有陽光 這房間也是太舒服了～大愛💖 想想一早周車勞頓了大半天 簡單收拾了一下準備去吃個午餐 還是在酒店裡吃個便飯好了 但出乎意料的幾道美味料理 水煮肉片丶臘肉炒蕨菜丶香椿雞蛋 讓我們多吃了兩碗飯 真的特別推薦這四川來的師傅太棒了。 馬上點起地道野生的酸湯魚火鍋 準備明天晚上晚餐大快朵頤。 下午哪兒都沒去就靜靜的在酒店裡 享受半自助的下午茶 陽光丶微風以及櫻花雪 與每個工作人員都輕鬆的聊天 他們都熱愛着這個酒店 所以面對客人都特別的親切温暖 太安逸的時光，真的有點幸福啊！ 三天兩夜的住宿 兩個半天及兩個夜晚 都能看見不同的美 太棒了！下次還要來！一來再來。

這次入住的酒店整體感受挺好的。房間整潔明亮，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，晚上休息得很踏實。前台工作人員態度友善，辦理入住和退房都很迅速。酒店位置比較方便，附近吃飯、打車都容易。雖然不包含早餐，但周邊有幾家不錯的早餐店可以選擇。對於出差或者短途旅行來説，是個性價比不錯的選擇。

Mold in hotel room, shower, ceiling and everywhere in public area. Corridor smell bad. Top floor is worst. It’s an older hotel which was once very luxurious: nice wall paper, generous room layout, well appointed furniture, good comfy mattress, but sadly, it has seen better days. The entire hotel needs a facelift and deep cleaning. Carpet stained and grime and dirt where all corners of all walls meet, accumulated from years of neglect. Shower smells bad and water does not drain. We were shown several rooms; all smell of cigarette smoke as none are smoke free (ashtrays in all rooms). Plus points: 1. Excellent service from lady front desk manager 2. house keeping staff work very hard to keep up with the degrading rooms. 3. Linen very clean, changed daily and nice high thread count sheets 4. Housekeeping brings a tray of fresh fruits delivered to hotel room daily 5. Free self service laundry (no dryer) 6. Location is great 7. plenty of free easy parking 8. Many places to dine within walking distance of hotel. 9. Cheap It’s a pity hotel management do not work on maintenance. It has potential to relive its good years again with some TLC. Thank you again to all the staff who are so friendly and helpful. We had a room with huge windows facing the mountains. A little road noise but not bad when windows shut.

Có rác bị tịch thu trên thảm, và sẽ bị trừ một điểm vì vệ sinh. Phòng tắm khô và ướt riêng biệt, có nước nóng thoải mái, tôi khá hài lòng. Bữa sáng khá vừa ý, không gian ăn uống đẹp và yên tĩnh. Đưa con đi chơi, đi ngang qua khách sạn này, nếu đang trên đường đi Huangguoshu thì có thể chọn.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

設施：房間配套齊全，浴袍，保險箱都有，私密性好，還有小mini吧可以冷藏。 衞生：打掃很乾凈，屋內沒有異味，雖然臨近室內水樂園，但也沒有潮濕發黴的味道，這點很好👌🏻 環境：水樂園和温泉很好玩，環境更不用説，酒店周圍綠化度很高。交通方便，對面就是吾悦廣場，公交車站也很近。 服務：前台小姐姐很漂亮，服務好，辦理入住很快，推薦了附近很多美食超愛🥰🥰水樂園和温泉也有工作人員幫忙安排，很周到，觀光車隨叫隨到，🈵🈵滿意！！

怎麼説呢，總體來説還行，一般，環境是安靜，室內衞生也還可以，不過相同價位還是大酒店相對好一點，衞生還行，就是服務態度和問題解決不好。反正入住體驗感不好，前台給我開房開錯房間，還是我自己去找她説再給我弄回來的，重新開的房間也不是我原本訂的房間，不過老闆挺熱情的。個人覺得前台服務和解決問題欠妥，得整改。
