The hotel is located a stone throw away after alighting from the tourist bus at the entrance to scenic area (50RMB to n fro the foot of the mountain). Had already chatted with owner on WeChat n he fetched me after I alighted . Room is clean and functional . Am an easy traveller and very satisfied with the hotel. Of course you can walk around and look for a hotel (there are many many hotels !!!!!!) but I think if u pre book u will make your life easier especially if u have a luggage. He planned the itinerary for me. and it was a very fulfilling walking trip in nature visiting temples and paying respects to 地藏菩萨 . So many restaurants too!!!!!!!! He even sent me to the bus station . Thank u He is a kind soul . He quickly called me when he see me walking in “wrong direction” when actually i wanted to visit the temple next to bus stop . Những người ở phòng bên cạnh gây ồn ào rất nhiều vào sáng sớm, khoảng 6 giờ sáng, khiến tôi không ngủ được. Tôi đã báo cho chủ nhà, nhưng họ phớt lờ tôi; có lẽ họ không thể làm gì được. Sau đó, ngày càng nhiều người thiếu ý thức bắt đầu la hét lớn tiếng ở hành lang, khiến nơi này cực kỳ ồn ào. Cửa và tường cũng rất mỏng. Bữa sáng cũng đáng thất vọng; đến 8 giờ sáng, hầu như không còn gì nữa.

This is a nice place to put up for a night or 2 or even longer. The location is ok but the flight of stairs up to the reception and the room is not too fun if you have big and heavy luggage. Apart from this everything is lovely. Room is clean and the beds are comfortable. I love that the room is very bright. The toilet is fully automated. Shower water pressure is good too. We had noodles for lunch there and they are yum! Breakfast is simple but delicious. I think you can ask for seconds (we did not as we were rushing to go out). There is a convenience store just right opposite and along the way, plenty of eateries. Call them and they will pick you up from Julong hotel and drop you off there too when you check out. I don’t mind staying here again but only if I have a small bag.

The Jiuhua Mountains Julong Hotel, which is conveniently located right at the entrance of the Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area. It was very convenient to venture around the mountain by foot. As for food, we didn’t quite get accustomed to the flavors, especially with the spices. The breakfast at Julong Hotel was good, but it can get crowded before 8 am. There is no gym in the hotel. It snowed on the 3rd day and it was chilly. The room was equiped with heater so it was ok. The walkway outside the hotel room can be very noisy, especially with kids running and adults talking. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

We stayed for two nights. On the first day, we visited Jiuhua Mountain Dayuan Culture Park, located at the foot of Mt. Jiuhua, before checking in to our hotel at the Jiuhua Street Scenic Area. The following day, we visited the key temples and explored Jiuhua Street. On the third day, we visited the Heavenly Terrace Scenic Area, specifically Tiantai Temple. We were grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room to enhance accessibility for elderly guests, as well as their helpful advice on executing our plan. Also for arranging private transportation and providing pick-up/drop-off services. The only disappointment was the lack of variety at the breakfast buffet.
