There is also towels, hand towels, bathmat and beach towels provided.The studio space features a kitchenette with stone benches, a tiled splashback as well as a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, toasted sandwich maker, plates, bowls, glassware, cutlery, utensils and more …. and tea and coffee making facilities, of course. The kitchenette includes a tall cabinet with first aid kit, iron and ironing board, hand vac and cleaning products for your convenience. Also included are saucepans, baking trays and utensils for the BBQ and outdoor gas cooker, as well as tupperware and a Picnic kit for fun at the beach.The bathroom includes a tiled step-in shower recess, a vanity, vanity mirror and toilet.“Tangara” has a generous large covered all weather terrace area 6 x 3m outdoor space. Once inside, the house is all on one level. The kitchen, dining and living are open plan. There are two bedrooms one with en-suite, both look out on to either the front or back deck. The rear deck is accessed from the kitchen, via a large utility room that has a washer, dryer and laundry tub. A full bathroom and separate toilet are also off this room and there is a dog door suitable for a small to medium size dog. The rear deck has a large dining table and chairs, it is mostly undercover. A few steps down lead in to the courtyard which is fully fenced.Guest accessGuest have the entire home plus two decks and a courtyard. There is a two car carport, there is no other parking on the property.Other things to noteOur focus is to provide a comfortable and delightful place to stay with all the amenities you would expect in a private home. Our beach house is in a quiet leafy street yet only a short walk to the beach.
