The complex was built right next to the sea wall so that it is closer to the ocean than any other building in the County. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, yet very close to shopping and restaurants. This is a second floor, direct oceanfront unit overlooking the pool and panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean. The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops, new cabinets, and opened to reveal more of the ocean view. The large balcony is perfect for that morning cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise! Decorated beautifully with upscale taste. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked. The dining area sits 6 people comfortably. There is a neighborhood pool at Gleason Park just a mile and a half from the house tucked away in the neighborhood . The cost is $3 for children, $4 for adults and $3.50 for seniors. Indian Harbour Beach is a fun and friendly, relaxed and safe beachside island community on Florida's beautiful Space Coast.
