Radiant heat floors throughout the first floor.The upstairs has two large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a twin bed, both with memory foam mattresses. Bedroom 2 has five twin bunk beds, all with memory foam mattresses. A full bathroom and workspace complete the upstairs living area.The living room has a gas-powered fireplace to warm up the cold nights and an AC unit to cool down those hot summer days.
