You'll have full access to the new washer/dryer set. Free WIFI in the home that allows you to sign into your own personal Netflix/Hulu Accounts. The 5 acres surrounding this home has a fenced stall and turnout area for guest traveling with their animals!Guest accessGuests have the freedom to walk the entire fenced-in area of the property. Walk directly into the dining room where you will be greeted by a charming wood burning stove and large sliding glass doors to let nature in. The kitchen overlooks the dining room with a large peninsula. There is a big window over the sink to watch the herd of deer grazing every evening while you do dishes. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need, including spices, to create a family meal. There is a half bath on the main level as well. There is also a 65" tv in the living room equipped with the most current streaming services. Head upstairs where you will find a game room- there is a fooseball ball table and a table that has games for the family. Off the game room is the bunk room with a full over full bunk and a twin trundle. This bedroom is connected to the primary bedroom via the jack and jill bathroom. It also has a second entrance through the game room. The primary bedroom is luxurious in that it has its own balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. It has a 65" tv complete with streaming services, breathtaking views of Pikes Peak (enjoy them from the comfort of your own bed!), a leather chair and ottoman, and a leather large bean bag that converts into a queen sleeper for the kiddos. Head to the basement where you will find a second living room to relax and hang out, a full size washer and dryer, a bathroom with shower/ tub, and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and tv with streaming services, the other two have queen size beds. This is a unique and beautiful home that will make you feel like you are in Colorado.Both the Pellet Stove and Fire Stove aren't available for use. This cottage truly has everything you need and nothing you don't. The cottage rests on 8 acres of lush forest next to our main house. We are minutes from some of the best trails Colorado Springs has to offer for mountain biking and hiking.
