Binders Budget City-Mountain Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is very small. The receptionist's service is very poor and his attitude is very bad. The bathroom is very small.I accidentally spilled water on the floor. They didn't provide floor felt, so the floor was wet, and they thought it was a big problem. I washed the clothes, but they said they couldn't wash clothes. They said it was a hotel, not an apartment, so they couldn't wash clothes. This was the first time I had happened. There were many things that I couldn't do, but they didn't write them down. I took a shower twice, and they asked me why I took a shower twice? It's really crazy! I accidentally sounded the alarm when I took a shower. They thought it was a big problem. They told me to check out immediately tomorrow and not to stay there again. The attitude was very bad. I will never stay in this hotel again. It's really a crazy hotel. Terrible staff, had a sense of being cheated. Poor handling of customers. The room was unmade when I arrived; and when I brought this up to the receptionist, they promised to refund my breakfast. They haven’t done so. It doesn’t feel good dealing with dishonest people.

The room was ok. The bathroom was not. The whole room was under water after taking a shower. It smelled badly after using sink or shower. The sink did not drain. Breakfast was fine . Be prepared to clean up after you have eaten.
