The first floor of the home has a teen suite with 40' LCD TV, 2 bunks and a trundle. This room can sleep 5 and leave space to relax and play. Also on the 1st floor is living space with a full kitchen, full bath, sitting area, 40-inch LCD TV and queen murphy bed. French doors lead to the private courtyard with a pool, hot tub, built-in gas grill and your private back gate for easy beach access. Ride the elevator to the second floor where there are 2 King master bedrooms each with a private bathroom, balcony and LCD TV's. There is a second bunk room with LCD TV, another full bath and the laundry. The third floor has a fantastic east facing king master bedroom with private bath and balcony. The living space includes a gourmet Kitchen with Subzero, Wolf, Fisher&Paykel and U-line appliances. The dining table can seat 8 with another four seats at the bar. There is a half bath off the living room and a small office with a nice view of the gulf, desk, chair and a monitor for your laptop. The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a NEW 65 inch LCD TV and great balcony. From the comfort of the living room or the balcony you can see the gulf and watch the evening sunsets.
