Hotel Crown Palace

We stayed here twice for a business trip. Hotel is located in heart of city and market and other places of intrest are very nearby. Rooms are not large. Hotel looks old and not so attractive. But, can be stayed for 1 or 2 nights. Food - Food is their USP. The buffet lunch provided @550 is amazing. Similarly breakfast is though not a wide spread but good in taste. Hotel has a roof top restaurant. We had a delicious dinner here with good city view. Overall it's a decent property . Value for money. Can be considered because of convenient location and excellent food.

Location seems okay but rooms are pretty average and not up to mark. Breakfast area very congested and with limited options. Not at all worth for the amount charged

Worst Service, third visit to this hotel but this time no hygiene, rooms was not clean even after specific instructions. Washroom was sanitized in self direction, no response from staff and neither done in absence of guest. Clothes given for laundry, but without washing iron done and shared, after complaining they said sorry sir. Used towels hv been issued to customer, even though they're not bothering about the hygiene/health issues and cleanliness of customer

Food was ok, rooms small & the price was high as compared to the property. Hotel charged extra for early check in which is a value addition in many four star & five star hotel these days specially to customers coming for business meetings.

Room were good comfortable but bathroom were little bit small. Food was awesome. Lots of options available in breakfast. Restaurant serve delicious food.

Bathroom are very bad condition and not clean. Blanket are smelling. Service is very bad. Phone service is not working
