Currently I am staying here & and staff was too good and cleaning was also good & I meet lata & muskan pal from housekeeping department they guys are to friendly & helpfull nature we like to staying here. We will come again .

The Hotel is good for business travels, and the housekeeping staffs are good who helps to keep our stay room clean and fresh. A heartfelt gratitude to Mr Jitendra and Mr Neeraj Housekeeping Staffs who took care of my requirement during my stay.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff is completely untrained and clueless — it took them 20 minutes just to prepare my bill! When I informed the reception that my stay was extremely bad, no one took any responsibility or even bothered to ask what went wrong. The room provided was filthy, with stained and torn linen, and an unbearable smell. Despite repeatedly requesting to speak with the manager, no one came to address the issues. Their service is shockingly poor and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, the dinner I ordered had a hair in it — utterly disgusting and unacceptable. This place lacks even the basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. It's clear that customer satisfaction means nothing to them. I would strongly advise against staying here — they ruined my entire trip

Sarovqr Portico is best place for stay indore. Easy access to railway station and airport.room was clean and well maintained.
