I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel.
I had booked a Superior Room, but at the time of check-in, I was given a Deluxe Room instead. The condition of the room was also very poor and not up to the mark. When I raised this issue with the reception staff, they initially denied my booking and claimed that their system showed a Deluxe Room.
To make matters worse, while shifting to the new room, the staff inspected the entire room as if I was carrying hotel property with me. This behavior was extremely insulting and unprofessional. As a paying guest, being treated with such suspicion was very disappointing.
Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations, and I believe this may be my last visit to this hotel. I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and ensures no other guest has to face such treatment in the future.oom
