The service provided in this property is up to the mark and value for money. I would like to specially thanks for the house keeping staff (Jyoti Bairagi) She was super helpful and quick at her service. She carries a very good smile while working which makes us feel very welcoming. I also want to take an opportunity to thank the Chef (Ganesh Sahi). My kid was not keeping well and we had to visit hospital. Doctor had suggested to feed him moong dal khichadi, unfortunately this was not on the menu. It was almost 11 pm I spoke to the in room dining team and they were more than happy to prepare this for my kid as customised. They also did jot charged for this service this was the perfect example of hospitality that we are looking forward. Thank you team.

It was fantastic experience and entire staff made our program memorable. All the arrangements were well timed & perfect. They arranged all the meeting related tools and managed very well. atmosphere was very nice. Our participants had awesome experience.

Nice hotel , nice rooms, good services, good ambience. The roof top cafe is a nice place to relax. However, the food prices were on the higher side. It is more of a business hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful. One couple in our group had some issues with the room allotted to them & they immediately upgraded them to a better room. Similarly, they were very gracious to allow late check out. Very professional service But overall a good hotel to stay in Indore
