This is a wonderful clean facility. The also service a nice breakfast and have a extremely fast Wi-Fi system. On the down side I didn't have a tv guide available in the room and sound from the tv was like a tin can on a string. However I will return next year.

Checkin was smooth, the gentleman was super friendly. Room was very clean. Very quiet bed was very comfortable. Very well located to get in and out of Indy. Breakfast was very good. Would stay there again.

bad customer service asked for miltary discount and ignored me .. had cash to pay for the hotel and gave a attitude and was on the phone with someone else took forever to handle

Not in a great part of town but really like the hotel and staff. We stay here every time we are staying in Indianapolis

Breakfast lady very nice, helpful, and caring. I did get one towel that was dirty looking. Stain mark on the floor. Not a lot of breakfast selection; especially fruit.

Friendly staff! They were quick and considerate! We missed breakfast and the lady gave us some leftovers so we could eat something. It was very kind and appreciated!

I would have rated service higher if everyone we dealt with was like Jody, my new favorite breakfast lady. She is amazing, so sweet, helpful, loved talking with her. Hire more people like her! She definitely makes us want to come back and stay there.

The room was not clean. The layer sheets with the douvet which was stained yellow. There was a men’s toenail on the carpet between the bed and nightstand, we noted our socks were shockingly dark from
How dirty the carpet is. The shower was either freezing or scalding, no middle ground. Overall not a great experience. There are other better options in this price range.
