Room smelled like smoke. Toilet seat was broken. Extremely Rusty soap dish in the shower.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and the amenities are good. However, the price is too expensive. I stay in Carmel every week for work and I stopped staying here because it’s too expensive in comparison to other hotels that are just as clean and spacious with better location to restaurants and shopping, yet more reasonable room rates.

I have to say the shower was bad. The showerhead was so hard on my head. I had to put a washcloth over my face. Water leaked all over the floor because you have half a glass wall. I had to use towels to prevent it going everywhere. Room 218. I probably won’t be staying at this property again.

Excellent breakfast, spotless room, friendly staff and great shopping near by. My favorite place to stay!

Check in simple even though 1:00 am. Greeted with a friendly counter person, room clean, hotel areas clean, breakfast fresh and plentiful with a nice variety, staff personable and helpful, bar staff very helpful and made us feel very welcome and important.

Beautiful clean rooms. Amenities were great. There was sa snow storm that weekend & when we checked out, our car got stuck in snow because their parking lot hadn’t been cleared. also there was no plan to clear it so it took us a while to get help out of the ditch

Place was great. Room spacious. Staff super friendly.

Great hotel! Friendly, accommodating staff! Super clean…great breakfast!! We usually stay at a neighboring hotel but this will be our go to from now on!
