Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown

it ok but in the beginning at check in and check out the front desk said should be pay!!! How !!! I don’t know in the end and after discussion with hotel management It turned out that the reception staff did not know that the payment was made by a third party and that my card was different from the travel agency's card. It was sad and they made me tired with them. Add that the room was overlooking a basketball court and a public street, and it was the worst days of the trip, so I couldn't sleep peacefully.

Very clean, comfy beds and straight across the street from the stadium! Definitely will be back

房間乾淨，在市中心，離canal稍微有點遠，但是離那個有名的牛排館很近。別拿面對主街的房間，有點吵

Proses check in yang simpel dan nyaman selama menginap di Hyatt Place Indiana. Terima kasih.

Good loxario

沒有經我同意和告知第二天沒有整理清潔房間和浴室

The room was clean, staff friendly and answered every question; the breakfast was ok as well. Great stay!

Many issues with our stay: 1. Room key did not work at the garage (had to contact help to be manually let in), 2. Shower floor was extremely slippery (the sticky safety mat didn’t even stick), 3. Housekeeping knocked repeatedly at 8 am waking us up (we had a one-night reservation and had not checked out), 4. They ran out of food and coffee (other hotel guests said this happened the day before as well), 5. LOTS of road noise (and this was a Sunday night stay), 6. They charged us a fee of $52 for parking when a 24-hour ticket would have been less to just pay the lot (we did not take our car in and out so maybe that was why the hotel charges more if people want to do that). Overall I would not recommend this location as there were many other options in the area.

The view in our room was the worst I've ever experienced. We looked directly into a parking structure so if people were parking they could look directly into our room. Also, we could not turn on the bathroom light in the middle of the night. The next day we found a master switch that adjusts all of the lighting in the room. Never seen that before. No stores/shopping close to hotel. Not a great neighborhood. Also, the breakfast buffet could not accommodate the amount of guests at the hotel and food was scarce or entirely gone by 8:30. I think they need to extend breakfast hours. Also, the pool is tiny and the floors are unbelievably slick. The pool depth, at deepest point, is 3.5ft. We wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
