JW Marriott Indianapolis

The hotel was nice but there was business event there, we couldn't get the room what we paid for.

Whenever we get away to Indianapolis, we stay at the JW Marriott. Because of the friendly staff, the comfort of the beds and the location is close to the venues we attend. I recommend family and friends to stay at the JW every time!

JW was at one time a 5 star high end property but this one just seemed like a regular 4 star hotel. Didn’t even have a steakhouse or a fine dining restaurant.

The front desk person we talked to from the start was amazing and very clear with everything about our room and informed us that the lounge was closed and offered us food vouchers which we graciously accepted, the rest of our stay was amazing and unfortunately we just realized a little to late that we didn’t need to go to a Walgreens because they had everything we could’ve needed in the hotel market already. Our stay here was remarkable and this will probably be my go to hotel for anytime I spend in Indianapolis, especially getting to be on the 33rd floor, there was nothing like it and waking up in the middle of the night to see a beautiful skyline really makes you take it all in, truly amazing and I would recommend staying here to absolutely anyone.

I brought my daughters to the JW Marriott in Indy for a NYE girls overnight. We are local so it was a fun staycation for the holiday! Upon checkin, we were greeted by Patience at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic, so kind and welcoming and went out of her way to show incredible generosity and hospitality. She was so lovely to my daughters, as well. She gifted us entry to the executive lounge for the girls to have their pick of the candy bar and for breakfast. It was exceptionally kind and we were blown away by her generosity. The staff in the executive lounge was lovely and very kind, inviting my daughters to enjoy their pick of snack and candy. Additionally, we dined in OP that evening and it was just fantastic! My husband and I have dined there before but it seems to have gotten better over time because our meal was so delicious, so fresh, so flavorful, just all around terrific and we met another stand out employee of yours, Brooke. She provided such a high level of service while being so kind and accommodating! She was also so knowledgable and happy to provide menu modification for my daughter for a few dietary needs. My daughter labeled her Filet the "best that she's ever had" and Brooke "the nicest waitress that they have ever met!"! It was an excellent experience and meal! Our room at the JW was clean, comfortable and despite the hotel hosting a large conference with over 1500 people, the service level was exceptional. Very pleased overall! Thank you!!

Stayed overnight for New Year’s Eve and my birthday. Had a wonderful time with my family and love the hotel and service again was excellent!!!

We were spending the night in Indianapolis for the my wife’s birthday and Patience was a delight to work with at the front counter. She sent us an unexpected gift to our room and it was an amazing surprise. Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating!!!
