Welcome to The Wells at Indian Wells! - Stylish 2-bed, 2.5-bath home overlooking a golf course. - Cozy living area with fireplace and plush furnishings. - Modern kitchen with all new appliances, perfect for meal prep. - Expansive patio featuring a pool, spa, and BBQ area. - Close to local attractions like Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Acrisure Arena. - Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for up to 4 vehicles. - Spectacular views and a tranquil retreat for relaxation. Pets allowed - Pets: $75 (does not apply to service animals) * The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Indian Wells. * There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please note this service is an additional $149.00 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, a minimum of 2 nights is required. * Additionally, any requests made less than 24 hours may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund. Pool heating must be consecutive days not broken up * Prior to check our management company requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles. **Verification and contracts are submitted on a alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation** **NO CANCELLATIONS DURING HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS** - OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS: The safety of our guests is always our highest priority. Here's what we're doing to ensure that our vacation rentals meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning (these health safety measures include but are not limited to): Up-to-date with the latest guidelines. Quality assurance and maintenance Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers. EPA-registered cleaning products Trained Professionals Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Proper PPE Usage All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery. Re-washed Dinnerware Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible. **Mail and Package Deliveries Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option. While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. • 100% Refund – Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. • 50% Refund – After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in. • No Refund – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If you have existing travel insurance through a provider or credit card, we recommend reviewing your coverage. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!
