The gated community offers 2 year-round heated pools and EV chargers! You’ll have a private balcony with stunning mountain views out of the sliding glass doors, a fully stocked kitchen, and a desk for working remote. You will be located within a short drive to restaurants, IW Tennis Gardens, parks, Pickle Ball courts, golf courses, hiking trails, festivals, and shopping! The full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, and a refrigerator and freezer. Please note: the fridge/freezer do not make water or ice. The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months. The living room has a smart TV with streaming services for you to sign in to apps and enjoy a movie or your favorite shows. The living room has a comfortable couch to lounge and relax. The condo offers a washer and dryer in the unit (please bring detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay).
