The room was not even cleaned! Trash already in the trash cans,soaps were open and unwrapped in the bathroom.9

Hotel is in the heart of everything! Plenty of restaurants to pick from and close to a highway to go anywhere! Family friendly as well !

The team working were great and very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. All the spaces were clean. There were a few spots that could use repair (bathroom ceiling), but still clean.

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sometimes we could hear noise from the room above . Are stay there was good and the price was right.

Quiet and restaurants nearby. The tv didn’t work, we didn’t get washcloths, and several outlets didn’t work.

Have stayed here several times and given excellent reviews...but this time our room had almost 3" of standing water in our tub when we first went into room...not sure why. ..regardless we were only there for 1 night so everything else was good.

Poor shower water pressure--weak.. No bath. Coffee maker failed. No TV guide. 15 (Fifteen channels all religious!)

My husband I were in Cleveland for the funeral of my 95 year old mother who lived near Slavic Village. We wanted to stay in a safe place close to that area. This comfort Inn was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. We used Trivago and the price was good. The building is old; you can tell by the doors to the room. There was no daily cleaning which was fine for us. We emptied our own garbage using store bags. We asked for towels to replace hand and washcloths. Had a problem with the bathroom sink which was slow draining. Didn’t get fixed after 3 requests. The bedding was very nice and comfortable. We stayed 3 days and didn’t need changing or fuss over us. The breakfast made up for any concerns. Scrambled eggs, breakfast meats (rotated bacon or sausage), cereal/milk, breads, yogurt, waffles, Philadelphia cream, fresh fruits (apples and bananas), apple juice, orange juice, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Like many hotels, there is not enough help. The people are friendly and guests well behaved. Parking lot well paved when the snow came. We would stay there again.

This was our second stay here. Once again check in representative was very nice and personable. The room we got this time was very clean and comfortable as was our room the first time we stayed here. Breakfast set up was great and easy to grab something to eat with a variety of foods including scrambled eggs and sausage. There was also a a waffle maker, bagels and more. Food area was very clean and attendant right there if you need anything. We go to the Cleveland Clinic a lot and since we are from out of state it is nice to have a comfortable place to lay your head for a night and for a great price ! Just booked another night. Just want to say the staff is doing a GREAT job !
