They have a deposit I wasn’t told about and also the breakfast is only muffins but luckily restaurants are close by. Great stay overall the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable

The room was great, but the lobby, elevator and common areas were filthy. Renovation materials blocked access pathways.

The room is has lots of room and is very nice. However there were several issues. The first was I was under the impression that it was a non smoking facility. When we walked down to our room at 11:00 at night the whole hallway to our roomed smelled strongly of smoke and the smell was coming into our room from under the door. Then the air conditioner buttons did not work and we were not able to turn it off or change the temperature. We had a pull out couch in our room but unlike other hotels we stayed in the extra bedding for the pull out was not in the room. Then the toilet was constantly running all night. We couldn’t get it to stop. We would have complained and asked to change rooms but honestly we were only staying that one night and we were only in the room about 10 hours just to sleep. Then we went down for breakfast the next morning and was super disappointed so we just left and went somewhere else for breakfast. We will definitely not be staying at an extended stay again if it can be avoided.

Exit door to stairways slamming, ice machine right cross from room(very loud) no HOT breakfast, pool not open...storage in stairwells[fire hazard]....room had hospital type recliner....would not recommend

Beautiful, comfortable hotel, but some of the guests were not so great. Running in the hall, shouting, door slamming in the vicinity of my room at about 1am.

Never booked this stay and was still charged and refused to give refund. We did however stay there a couple weeks prior... hotel is under construction. No pool available or laundry currently. Which would have been nice for them to mention before I loaded clothes in washer and douched with soap. 1st room was nice and updated, second room was outdated and not comfy at all. We were moved due to the refrigerator breaking. Desk staff were very nice and helpful, minus one lady. It wasnt a bad stay, but definitely could have been better for the price. Plus the fact I got charged again weeks later for a night I never booked is ridiculous.

Breakfast included but not enough breakfast available like ( no bread, scrambled eggs not even toaster , no cream for coffee or milk

Overall the hotel was clean and a decent price. Unfortunately there were no vending or ice machines. Over my five night stay, there was no house keeping, no towel changes etc. amenities were supplied on request only.

Absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Shay and Alex. Both of them especially helped with anything we needed. Will definitely be back!!

Was a decent stay for the most part but there was an actual toenail clipping on the ground beside my bed. Needed swept better! Was clean otherwise. Beds were comfortable too.

My husband and I absolutely love this location. Shay was so very helpful and so kind the whole time. The rooms are beautiful. The location is perfect. All around just a good stay.

Room was pretty clean. A lot of dings and nicks but bedding and fridge were spotless. Nothing fancy but very much worth the price

Great place to stay. Very friendly and professional staff. Requested a walk in shower and there was no problem getting one.
