You cannot entertin gurmeat in your room...even your child who is the reason of my visit in this city couldn't be allowed to go upstairs and enter our room. The room given to us is not the one I expected as to what has been booked by Trip.com.we were given a single bed...as to the discounted price based on the regular price for single room rate.But on trip.cok, we booked 1 twin bed and single .The Aircon is not functioning well.It's like as if we have a heater.woke up in the middle of the night in sweat and asked for a fan instead just so I could sleep but no fan available as well.they replaced the ACU unit but still it was not giving a cold atmosphere in the room. Good thing the front desk lad on duty gave me a bottle of drinking water. They have posted additional charges on their rooms for soiled covers yet the towels given are not good enough to look at.nangingitim.the room rate is just enough for the facilities but saying you got a discount in booking thru trip.cpm, you cannot appreciate it
