Завтрак мог бы быть лучше. Сервис в Балканском стиле - неторопливый и ненавязчивый)). Сауна холодная))) А хамам наоборот жарил как в русской парной)).

We stayed for two nights, my nine year old son and myself. We paid £173 for two nights. The swimming pool was very good. Breakfast buffet is huge and lots of food. We are at the dinner buffet one night and also had the a la carte the other night, both meals around £25 for the two of us and more than we could eat. Ice cream each was £2. Close to airport but with windows closed you don't hear anything. Lots of local attractions. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, the waiters were attentive to my son and very kind to him. Attached to the hotel is kinderland, which is a soft play and trampoline centre all in one, superb value and you pay £3 for all day and can come and go, but it's not the UK, you have to be responsible for your own child. Table football was a mark a go (50pence) Drinks and coffee at the hotel were £2 for coffee or soft fizzy drinks. The staff were so kind and made sure we had the hotel number to ring if we got into any issues in town. A good hotel for all, the rooms were massive with a balcony. Do be aware that the cafe restaurant allows smoking I'm a smoker so I was happy As a dad traveling alone with my son, they didn't ask silly questions about where his mother was, the staff simply looked after him really well. The hotel is a great price for what we had, there is sometimes a language barrier but the staff do care. The swimming pool is very strict and made it clear children are to be with parents at all times. We would come back here

Good hotel with lovely bedroom staff,but please be careful when paying at the cafe ,as twice they attempted to charge too much,once with cash,and the other time they were attempting to charge nearly twice the correct amount on card,and could have got away with it if I had not checked properly.No apology and no manners by the cafe waiters,please be careful. I would praise the bedroom cleaners,as they were lovely and helpful.Just a pity the cafe waiters were so bad.

The room was huge - but my evening meal was amongst the worst I’ve had in a hotel. Service was very slow - and the burger I received was inedible. I did complain - but rather than react to my complaint - it took ages to be able to pay my billl. I would not eat here again.

Are stay in this hotel was terrible we come inside and find out they don’t have AC only heater which is unbelievable then the service is the worst they shout they are impatient and rude and they lie I wouldn’t recommend this bad hotel never seen a hotel with such bad service they treat people with disrespect

The rooms are big. Breakfast place is so big feels like you are in a camp, I only had boiled eggs, didn’t feel clean. They don’t clean the room or the toilet, they only remove trash. Very basic customer service. Need to improve their service and communication

Bad service specially cleaning and in swimming pool .. no safety no clear rules they say they will open outide swimming pool slide if there are people when we ask to open they say you are not people and laugh. We complain but not good responce.
