I never write reviews but I thought after reading so many mixed ones before visiting this hotel , it’s best to write my honest opinion and personal experience. Me and my partner really enjoyed this hotel! Although there are some things they could do better. We had a room on the ground floor not far from the reception area, this didn’t bother me until I saw the massive gap under the door! So it’s far from sound proof! So if you’re a light sleeper like me- take earplugs as you can hear every persons convo walking by. Food- the food is pretty decent! I would say enough choice , maybe not amazing for picky eaters as there’s a lot of different things there. The only downside is , they fail to label most things. So you’re left wondering what a lot of them are- which also wouldn’t be great for people with intolerances or diet requirements. Staff- staff were friendly and helpful but most could barely speak English. So when we’d ask questions about food ect - they couldn’t help us at all! Housekeeping- good , but they only gave us clean towels once, which someone else has also stated on here. A la carte- just awful if I’m honest. We had the fish evening. Bland and tasteless! No atmosphere in there - no music. Just dead silence and bland food as it’s a shame as we were looking forward to it but we felt it a waste of an evening. Staff weren’t talkative either so it was just very boring. But I must say- Rooms were very clean! The general food we ate was very good. The pool was clean and not too cold! And plenty of sun loungers. Plenty of drinks of choice and plenty of cocktails to choose from. Location- location was very good and the buggy that took you to the beach and back from the hotel was SO easy!. And their beach location was lovely also. None of the faults are deal breakers for us. And that’s why I’ve given it a 4 star still.

Upon arrival, the hotel reception was very welcoming, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The lobby looked just like the pictures online. However, I paid extra for a "nicer room" with a pool view, but ended up with a standard room overlooking the neighboring hotel's kids' slides. The room was not cleaned at all. There was hair in the shower, dust and dirt on the floors, and the towels had questionable marks. My partner and I decided not to complain and I even considered buying some disinfectant spray to clean the room myself. The next day, our beds were not changed, and we didn't receive fresh towels. I'm not sure what the cleaning staff actually do besides making the beds. The main pool was dirty, but the pool with the entertainment was much nicer, so we spent most of our time there. The food was average, with some nice salads and typical offerings for an all-inclusive hotel. The room was disappointing, but the staff were nice, especially the couple who run the Shisha Bar and Photography shop in the hotel. I highly recommend visiting them; they have a lovely parrot you can take pictures with, which was a highlight of our holiday. Avoid the spa, as they seem to overcharge. I saw a review mentioning a two-hour session for £35, but we were offered an hour massage and scrub for €120. Lastly, the hotel is very loud with music sometimes playing until 2am, whether from the hotel or the surrounding area. I wouldn't recommend this place for families with small children who need a good night's sleep. Despite these negatives, my boyfriend and I had a nice holiday because we chose not to let these issues affect our experience. We made some wonderful memories together and enjoyed the parts of the trip that truly mattered to us.

Let me start by saying we are NOT complainers, in fact 30 mins after arrival was my first ever complaint!! 5 person family- 3 kids under 10 We arrived 22;00 Turkish time (3 tired kids) We arrived and lobby looked immaculate just as videos and reviews had showed. We were then showed to our “pool view room” - which we had paid £50 extra for (see picture). Our complaint was based on the face, our pool view was in fact, a bush, our A/C did not work and the bright led light in bedroom 1 would not turn off. We were then told by reception this is not fault, this is late and you can only make complaint in morning…. We then ventured out of hotel in search of food. Returned to miraculous electrical renovations to our room.. however it would have been desirable for other renovations to have been considered - we never expected a ritzy 5* experience, however a family of five does require more than 2 towels, and 1.5 toilet ROLLS per day. Aside from this, we had tobacco stolen- negligible in the scheme of things and as we felt so ostracised in this hotel we felt this would also negatively impact our stay so we did not even flag this. From the entirety of our 10 day stay- a total of only 3 bar staff were superb, the rest were arrogant, English hating, people who could not have made your stay less pleasurable if they had tried. As an avid and generous tipper, we never anticipated this from our first 5 star experience- in fact this managed to save us over £300- take that as you may! Food- though okay, kids always found something.. we COULd NOT book into any restaurant due to space restraints, despite trying to book on our second day (of ten) so book before you go!!! - even though you can’t!! Finally if you have managed to read this far- party pool, I’m sure this is fine- the other is pure f@&£

Lovely hotel we had a last min deal. I searched through many web site for review for this hotel before deciding. It was excellent well maintained and clean hotel we were very impressed and only about an hour away from the airport. The lovely Side village only down the road from hotel about an hours walk along the beach or 5min with a bus just out side the hotel about 60c. Food was lovely lot and lots of choice but would say you would need to go down early for the best choice of food. but our favourite was the beach bar food and Faith the manager was brilliant. Went on excursion's booked through the hotel for best deal and price the rep was very good. The hotel had a À la carte restaurant it was lovely and made a chance from the buffet style meals but you need to book early. Also the hotel has a small night club on site a bit noisy till around 2pm where our room was but didn't really mind as I also visited the night club for a drink. Only negative was lacking slightly was the entertainment but we went in April so might be better in high season. Well worth the money for all inclusive hotel.

I don't ever give reviews but on this occasion i am. hotel is lovely but not 5star a 4 ,food is plentiful but luke warm most staff are absolutely lovely but struggle with english, spotlessly clean, can't say the same for our room cleaner got better after leaving tips. but we always do, staff at the lobby bar are fantastic and helpful but be warned if you like a lager, like my husband does there's only one Tuborg we have never stayed any where and not had choice of a few. There is a well palace fan site that i noticed some people complaining about hard beds we found them perfect and slept like logs.as soon has one food area shuts another one opens pizza ,burgers, salad. fries. at the pool restaurant. when that gone its hot waffle time, granddaughter couldn't get enough food at beach great, location fantastic you can shop to you drop all a few minutes walk away, pool party brilliant I have posted a video on well palace members site. overall we had a lovely stay and would return .

Any hotel is only as good as the guests next room. Sorry to say we had guests from hell, argueng, no consideration for others, The other moan, is that none of the main meals were hot, Luke warm at best , the warming trays seem to have been obserlete, which spoilt most meals Otherwise I cannot fault the staff, and the cleaning staff were amazing, going out of there way to ensure you were looked after ,

Me and my family just came back today we had an amazing time the food was good and the beach bar was great but not once did anyone ask or check in on us to see how we are getting on i found the staff at reception rude and didn’t even say hello, and I wanted to say a big thank you to yesim in the spa who done my hamam and massage it’s the best I have ever had it cost £30 for 2 hours so do try it out

Stunning hotel and the staff are so lovely and friendly, they always encourage us to have fun and enjoy ourselves. They offer a lot of activities from pool games to going out on the town. The shows are fun and entertaining perfect for couples, family’s and friends. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fab hotel and animation team very friendly. My first time to Turkey would definitely return and recommend! The rooms are lovely with air-conditioning and large beds can be a bit firm for some but fine for us. The food is nice but we found our self's eating out on evenings. Lots of shops and local bus to the town centre on the doorstep with a free shuttle service to the beach every 15 mins. Would return x

A great hotel. The service quality is very high and the employees are very friendly. The food was very good and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. I went with my family and will definitely go again. I definitely recommend it to everyone...

A MAN CALLED BAG,CUSTOMER RELATION'S LOOKED AFTER US FINE STYLE,GREAT MAN. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.WOULD RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.BUGGY TO THE BEACH EVERY 15 MINUTES GREAT FOOD,GREAT STAFF IN ALL DEPARTMENTS,WELL ORGANISED.WOULD GO BACK AGAIN.

Had a very enjoyable sunny week here with my wife. Very reasonable price for A/I stay during half term week. Cigdem & the rest of the animation team worked tirelessly to ensure everyone had a good stay. Pools & slides were great. Beach bar was really good with a shuttle service running throughout the day. Entertainment was pretty good considering they have to cater for tastes from all over both East & Western Europe. Gym was poor & BBC NEWS was the only English TV channel. All in all a great trip, would definitely return if the price was right again.

Great hotel with great staff, the evening entartaiment is great it changes every day. Coctails are great at the looby bar,and much thanks for guest relations berk he is so helpful and kind everytime. The reception team is also so helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great vacation well palace side team!!
