Dream World Aqua Hotel - All Inclusive

This was the best hotel I have ever been! The staff were so kind and my room was being cleaned every day! The slides were brill, and kids loved them. I 💯 recommend this hotel! Had entertainment in the night and they had ice-cream bar for kids. I loved the food and they had such a big variety including english food for picky eater!

Hotel is well presented with good facilities but........ Staff are miserable and couldn't care less, you will be asked for tips (doesn't matter if the person asking you has served you or not) Hotel is 90% German and if you're English and remotely in their way they WILL walk through you and look at you like dirt. 3 out of 4 of us were sick and poorly from the food. Food is repetitive and recycled from the day before. Beer is flat and watered down. With the above in mind i wouldn't recommend going "all inclusive". 50% of the water slides in the AQUA hotel are permanently closed with the remining only open for 2x 2 hour slots each day WIFI for a hotel of this size and star rating is poor being polite, 2mb with patch coverage at best. "Entertainment" is poor, not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel - average kids club approach. Such a shame but not anywhere near what what expected - No chance a 5 star hotel either !!!

it's a shame that in the 21st century there is such a terrible internet connection in a hotel. connection disconnects after 1 minute. shame for the hotel. everything else is ok, but the internet is sh&€@. there is no internet at all on the beach, it is useless in the rooms. a shame for a hotel that aspires to five stars

The hotel was good But not like other hotels I have been in Side /Antalya/Alanya for 17 years so this hotels is good and the best hotel For those who are first time in Alanya . But me my self I will never ever go to Alanya this was the last time . Just I can say all hotels in Alanya are BSht.

**Just a note to start i am incredibly picky and fussy about everything and just want to say ignore previous negative reviews badmouthing everything at this hotel*** Gorgeous hotel! i have not been on holiday for over 10 years and went with my two children, there are 4 large pools one of them is for adults only. one pool next to the bar one next to the slides which was our favourite as a bit more lively with music and regular visits from the entertainment staff doing dances/classes. I was really impressed with the buzz at this hotel, always something happening like foam party in the pool/Gala party in the garden which was incredible!! inflatable obstacle courses, BBQs. FOOD-unlike other reviews about the food i thought it was quite good compared to other all inclusives I've been to, amazing salted fish one eve/live pasta cooking outside which was really tasty! Sushi bar open from 12:30-2:30, we went to the ala carte restaurant which is booked in guest services the day before, this was the most amazing service i have ever had, they were so attentive and decorated the table for my sons birthday (which i also requested at guest services) alcoholic drinks are not really that great, cocktails taste really bland and variety was not good, they have 'vitamin bars' where they sell the good stuff for about 8-10 euros, i would have expected this quality of cocktail included in the price i paid however. They do sell milkshakes for the kids at these bars which were amazing and were worth the 4 euros each! There is an actual barista manned coffee bar on the ground floor which opens at 10am and the coffee is absolutely gorgeous!! amazing skills Room was really lovely, cleaning staff were incredible and left rooms sparkling everyday with fresh bedding and towels! gorgeous large shower area! when we first arrived at the hotel at 1am we were put in the side of the hotel which looks out onto this night club and it was absolutely pounding till around 3am, the staff at reception however were very kind and moved us rooms the next day. All staff at the hotel were really nice and polite (i do not understand previous negative reviews at all!) the hotel seemed around 90% German so most communications at the entertainment and kids disco were in German however the performances were not language based. Negatives- ** multiple occasions where music is loudly played with explicit language which is really not appropriate for young children example AKON love you!! **pool areas are INCREDIBLY slippery and an absolute death trap, were lucky we managed to complete the holiday uninjured. pool socks should be mandatory for kiddies. **everything advertised and sold in euros and not the Lira Turkish currency, if you take Lira like i did you have to ask them to convert if from Euro every time. (Maybe they could show the price in both currencies to save everyone even the staff the hassle of converting all the time) That's it we absolutely LOVED it here and would love to come bac

we spent a glorious 2 weeks at Dreamworld Aqua. great hotel, very clean, staff could perceive to be rude, but i believe some of this could be a language barrier, i was always pleasant and polite to them and they responded likewise. the food is very good and plentiful, i decided to chose my main course for dinner and stick to it (instead of a mixed plate of different mains) and i found enough variety for the 2 weeks. there are lots of fun things to do throughout the day and the animation team are absolutely fantastic, the only days that were a bit boring were Sundays, this is because the animation team are all off on Sunday, a great big shout out to Rico, Tito, Chico, Mario and Tedd, you are the best and you all made our holiday really special (Billy)!!! i could not find any downsides to our holiday, i think the only thing they should change is the uninviting seating arrangement in front of the main stage in the evenings, this could easily be resolved by scattering tables and chairs in the large area in front of the main stage. our family ages ranged from 8yr to 65yr and we all agreed that we would definitely return to this hotel as it was one of the best family holidays we have had.
