Sher sun otel tesisin ve odaların genel şıklığı plajinin cok büyük ve cok ferahligina 5 yıldız vermek istiyorum,plaja ulaşım olanakları yürüme mesafesine ragmen eğlenceli suttle hizmeti kaydadeger,ölü sezondaki sakinliği ve plajin cok guzel olmasindan dolayi öğlen restoraninda cok az sayida misafir olmasina ragmen çeşitten ödün vermeyen restoran hizmetine tebrikler yemekler de cok lezzetli kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel teşekkürler...

Otele girişte Ayşe ve İbrahim resepsiyon görevlileri çok kaba davrandı. Alman veya yabancı müşterileri çok hoş karşılıyorlar . Bize Türk olduğumuz için her türlü kabalık yaptılar. trip com diye otele almak istemediler .
Bu firma güvensiz dediler. Yurtdışı firması siz uyanık ucuza almışsınız dediler. Bir saat kavgadan sonra otele aldılar. pasaport istediler. Biz TC vatandaşıyım kimlik verelim dedik . Uzun tartışmadan sonra kabul ettiler .
Yurt içi firmalarda küçük çocuklar bedava . Bizde çocuk yok. Atrip.com da ise çocuk ücretli. Çocuk olmayanlara uygun fiyatlı.
Tüm yasal kurallara uyduk.
Side bölgesinde şimdiye kadar böyle davranış görmedik.
Atrip.com ile çok sayıda otelde kaldık.

Staff are wonderful nothing is too much trouble they go over and above excellent customer service . Always a smile. Reception staff efficient especially the manager he is a wonderful face of Sehur hotels . Lady who makes omelette and eggs brilliant ,the bread Chef fabulous and bread freshly baked soo nice thank you. If nothing is right, they will adhere to put it right . Waiting staff really helpful, thank you for looking after my husband and I. Maids work really hard Rooms are spotless . Food really nice . We are currently here with RSD and Fikret who is an excellent Ambassador for RSD always there to help. Hotel is situated near the beach and within walking distance to the ancient city of Side fabulous classical ruins wonderful stunning archeological exploration and finds , about 8 kilometres walk or the local Dolmus buses very reasonable. When staying in the area preferable to use Lira rather than Euro . The Dolmus buses take you to Side or Mangavat run every 15 mins or so . Hotel perfectly situated 5 mins walk from bus stops . A wonderful hotel .

Since my arrival review Have to reassure all you peeps that have booked ., it’s fine not many brits lots of Germans and Russians but that’s the norm here . Food is good .. rooms cleaned daily staff a bit moody but fine if you give them a tip here and there Not the best but ok 👌🏾

Lovely hotel spa not that great swimming pool cold and not very clean it's a pity because the staff were lovely very friendly but spa needs sorted the rooms were very clean and staff friendly I'm heading back now in Feb same hotel looking forward to it

Food was ok you would never go hungry Good location close to the beach.The room we had was ok,we got upgraded to a family room free of charge,but it was very noisy at night and the beds were very uncomfortable way too hard. The main downside to this holiday was it that it was mainly geared for the German and Russian guests,who I may add were extremely rude and arrogant! We was the only English here and felt that the other guests got treated a lot better than us.I would never come back here because of that or to Antalya as it seems to be too very Russian and German dominated.

Definitely not a 5* more a 3* They don’t cater for English at all food wasn’t the best sprouts should be on a Christmas dinner not breakfast 😂 chips for breakfast 🤔, alcohol was ok though plenty of it entertainment was shocking only on for an hour most night and not the best, rooms where cleaned everyday fridge stocked up daily,would we go back 🤔 definitely not.

This was our first trip to Turkey and didn't know what to expect. We booked a standard room,garden view,which was so peaceful. The room was so clean. The white duvet covers were changed every day and the pillowcases,including bottom sheet. The bathroom was gorgeous with loads of complimentary accessories,and 2shower points. Our mini bar was filled every day and if you wanted extra coke or Fanta you only had to ask,the same went for the tea & coffee supplies. The reception staff were so polite and nothing was a bother. In the reception there was a constant supply of wines juices,fruit and freshly made biscuits,a very nice touch. The restaurant was amazing with so much choice,also when we arrived at about 22.30 the restaurant was open and offered a lovely supper after a long day. There was a buggy to take you to the private beach where there was another restaurant and the beach was gorgeous sand and lots of sunbeds with and without sun shades. All in all a fabulous holiday and we aim to go back next year for 3 weeks!!
