Excellent hotel and nice staff. Great food at the restaurant. Nice pool. Close to the beach. I was here for a strategic retreat with my colleagues and it was easy, beautiful and relaxing. In particular, the restaurant waiters and the front desk staff went out of their way to make my stay easy.

The rooms should be more illuminated and also have smart TVs according to the times, for a better entertainment system since it has few and boring channels, the internet in the restaurant did not exist.
The staff as always very friendly and the food of a very good quality.

We originally booked this hotel on *******, but when we checked in, we found out that the room didn't have a ocean view. So we ended up paying a lot more to get a better room. We liked the hotel as it was beautiful and we love the location. What we didn't like was the following, no patio furniture as it shows on there photos. It's seems like furniture was also missing, big size with no couch, table etc. The weather was very nasty so we couldn't swim in the pool or the ocean. The Room service was awful and the server didn't bring any napkins, condiments or a bottle opener to open my beer. The food was not prepared well and was bland. The breakfast was OK, nothing great. Over all I felt we had overpaid for what we got. Though this hotel was probably one best on the island. We didn't like the shower as it was tiny and difficult to get to move around. The bathtub was great. I suggest coming here when it's not the rainy season.

As acomodações são generosas. O seu pet é bem tratado. Eles oferecem bebedouro, comedouro e caminha para o seu cão. O café da manhã tem muitas opções e o pessoal ainda atende um pedido que não está no cardápio. O Chef de lá é muito bom no que faz. Tanto no almoço como no jantar os pratos são generosos e deliciosos. Também o bar serve drinks excelentes sem falar do bar da praia. Saudades de lá.

Desde o conforto impecável das acomodações até o serviço excepcional que recebi, foi verdadeiramente uma estadia memorável. Além disso, fiquei especialmente impressionada com o cuidado demonstrado em relação aos animais de estimação. Foi reconfortante ver que realmente se preocupam com o bem-estar das nossas filhas pet durante a estadia. Isso é algo realmente notável e que me fez sentir ainda mais bem-vinda.

Hotel excelente! Apartamento muito confortável. Limpeza e arrumação impecáveis. Café da manhã cinco estrelas. Próximo ao centro de Ilhabela. Hotel Pet Friendly, oferece caminha, comedouro e toalha para o seu Pet. Frente mar, com serviço de praia e bar. Decoração um charme. Estacionamento. Piscina climatizada e academia. Enfim, um hotel completo. Super recomendo a experiência de hospedagem. Uma das minhas melhores estadias em Ilhabela. ❤️
