I highly recommend this hotel in Casablanca! The staff was very nice, the room large and very clean. The hotel is centrally located with several nice restaurants within walking distance. I very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast!

This hotel has cut every corner where it can. The room has tiny dessert plates, and no full-size plates. Most of the utensils are missing. The only knife with a paring knife. I asked the man at the front desk for a bowl, and he seemed completely put out by my request and he went into a back room and brought me out a small bowl which was dirty. The icemaker in the refrigerator did not work. I asked for an ice bucket, and he gave me a colander. I had a non-smoking room, but they are smoking rooms on the floor and the whole place smells like cigarette smoke. I have stayed at other mainstay suites, and this was such a disappointment. The positive is it the bed is comfortable.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The first thing was: the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Then I found out I was correct because the fire alarm went off and I saw several people leaving the building all smoking. The bathroom door had a broken handle and it slid like it was on gravel instead of a glider. The last time the building was updated…probably in the mid 80’s. Also, it’s right next door to a correctional facility, so this is probably where the visiting families stay. Save your money, there’s a Hampton just up the street. Spend a bit more and stay there.

Not sure where to start other then I would leave less than 1 if I could. First of all, I requested a Handicap room since my wife has mobility issues right now. The room was on the SECOND FLOOR! The room's smoke alarm was hanging by the wires, The cabinets were broken.

The facility seemed old with the carpet and wall treatment in the halls and in the room. Our room was small for two adults and add a 7 and 12 year old children and it was crowded. The breakfast was limited to a continental breakfast. We stayed to get Choice points but would not stay here again with children.

Ho utilizzato la mia camera per le ore notturne e serali, anche per lavorare. Internet ben funzionante. Stanza pulita. Ho cenato solo una delle 3 sere, e penso che il servizio del ristorante e qualità del cibo possano essere migliorati.

Excellent hôtel propreté et service excellent. Situation centrale très intéressant près du tram donc déplacements faciles. Boutique pour le change à côté. Ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et cafés et une excellente pâtisserie
