Dew Drops Boutique Retreat

Most pathetic stay at dew drops igatpuri. Not atall worth a sigal rupees. Worst quality of vills absolutely unmaintained. Bed conditions are really bad , smelly rooms. No hot water no hygiene. They make u pay compulsory for food pakage which is very high in cost and bad in taste. We stayed there for two nights but wishing to leave the place at earliest. Will give zero star and will not recommend anyone.

An Economy hotel at best, although we found it to be bit expensive. Hotel seemed to be run by localities which is both good & bad. We family of nine stayed overnight as a stopover to our journey. Accommodation: We stayed at the rooms on 1st floor (not villas). Rooms were big in terms of area, but the furniture were old & limited. Room had a sofa which converted into bed for the third person, but sofa was old school and very low in height. Bathrooms were a big let down, hence being just an overnight stay nobody took shower. The windows were very large and had an excellent view of plush green fields with mountains at the back. We also found ACs in some room to be jerky to start. Dining: We took all meals as part of the package. We were all vegetarians and found the food options to be very limited but since it was cooked in local style, it tasted good. The cutlery were very cheap, typical plastic ones used by low priced catering services. The large water jugs again typically found in weddings & functions were tedious and difficult to pour, we always spilled water at least once during our meals. The food area was more of a canteen and less of a restaurant. Location: It is on the main road of Igatpuri and off the Mumbai-Nashik Road, and near to Samruddhi Mahamarg. Convenience stores are in walkable distance. Weather: We were there during peak monsoon rains so it was excellent with dense mist and cool wind. Activities & Amenities: There were some pottery & painting workshops which were a very good highlights. Also there was so called disco in the evening which was loud and could be irritating if you are used to absolute silence in the room specially during sleep. Wi-Fi Access points were only near the reception/dining area, hence no internet in rooms. Also telecom network was not reliable. So if your need connectivity at all times, it might be a problem. Housekeeping: Though the beds & furnishings were below par, the staff was very good, prompt to your requests.

Very poor stay in my so far travel history , Property location is to away from city, as per pictures it shows villa type property but when we checkin room has been provided in 2 story building which has separate entry other than villa , and very poor presentation , entry gate has covered by tirpal tent , Villa are not available

Ac was not proper work after change room intercom was not working and bathroom window was gas more kide makode was in bathroom

Property is of more kind of a hotel than a resort. Overall ambience at entry looks like a 2 star hotel, needs renewal of many things, food was good in taste but items were less in quantity relative with the money spent. Overall cost effectiveness is mismatch

Please guys dont go with pictures ..pathetic room facilities...manager is arrogant..shower is not working, bed of both the rooms are not working...service not provided even after the complaint, not ready to provide owner contact details ...what kind of hotel tehy are running .. They have ruined our entire day seeking for service.. Absolutely NO to visit this hotel
