The toilet cubicle was dirty with someone’s urine upon arrival. The toilet was dirty as well. There was also a giant insect inside the bathtub. My aunt got injured because of the toilet’s glass door, it broke when she opened the door.

Very good stay in the city of Ifrane. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center. The restaurants were great with a good variety of food. The Management team were very helpful to accommodate all our needs, thank you Simo and Abdel H

Worst hotel experience EVER. The booking confirmation said wifi and breakfast was included. News flash, there was no wifi and no breakfast to be had even when wanted to pay. The toilet would not flush any #2 deposits we had to fill one of the little garbage cans with water to flush. There was no room key. The manager just opened the door for us. In the morning I left to find some food and pestered the manager to give me a room key. He finally gave me his master key. The room was extremely hot and muggy. No AC. It was cool outside but the window was skrewed shut. It was a smoke free hotel EXCEPT for the bar right next to the lobby. Many people smoking cigarettes so all the halls on every floor were filled with smoke.
Do yourself a favor and pass on the Grand Hotel Ifrane.

Nous avions contacté l’hôtel la veille de notre arrivée pour confirmer les conditions d’hébergement. À notre grande surprise, notre réservation n’était portée sur aucun support au niveau de la réception et le réceptionniste a entamé une nouvelle négociation sur le standing de la chambre, le prix et nous a même reproché de n’avoir pas réglé à l’avance. Suite à notre insistance, il a appelé la personne qui avait pris notre appel la veille qui a confirmé les conditions, standing et tarif, avancées par nous. Il n’en ai rien, le réceptionniste persistait à vouloir imposer de nouvelles conditions. J’ai demandé à visiter la chambre !!! 😱 horrible, ça ne valait même pas le quart de ce que nous allions dépenser pour. Le réceptionniste argumentait qu’il pouvait en tirer le double de ce qu’on nous a confirmé la veille… Le Grand hôtel !!! Plutôt La Grosse Arnaque sans aucun soupçon de bienveillance ou d’intelligence

Expérience horrible au restaurant Toilettes infectes,gérant louche et agressif, De plus, ils n’ont pas voulu prendre la carte bancaire. 4 étoiles no TPE ???? Le gérant il a dit ç'est pas son problème

Hôtel de charme , tout était parfait , sans se ruiner. Chambre propre et très confortable , restaurant avec cuisine de terroire on a comm ère une très bonne truite et filet de bœuf , sushi aussi à la carte , y’en ambiance le we avec dj , l hôtel proche du centre

Bonjour C’est un hôtel que je te déconseille fortement … réceptionniste aigri à notre arrivée..Nous prenons deux chambres familiales que l’on nous a proposé à 630 dirhams l’une et le temps de récupérer les bagages dans la voiture le réceptionniste nous informe qu’il n’a qu une chambre en fait !! Je demande À parler au directeur Le directeur me fait part qu’il y’a une odeur de peinture, nous la prenons quand même Alors la ; pas d évier dans la salle de bain, toilettes cassé, carrelage cassé fissuré. Pas de téléphone en chambre et pas de serviette non plus Cerise sur le gâteau !! Pas de piscine car indisponible Et après tout ça même pas une compensation car le directeur est absent lors du chekout. C’est un hôtel que je déconseille fortement, si vous allez dans cette belle station d’ifrane que j’adore.

Un séjour désastreux. Aucun confort, literie infecte, TV limité a 5 chaînes dont la réception est mauvaise, Wifi dans la chambre à peine existant. Petit déjeuner immangeable pour une personne qui n’a pas faim.
Je recommande à ********** de ne plus commercialiser cet hôtel tant que son propriétaire ne fasse pas une mise à niveau.
Bref, actuellement, fuyez cet hôtel
