Excellent stay in cloud castle. Valley view rooms are awesome. Excellent on time service by hotel administration, front desk staff and others. All staff are very much professional and polite. Pools maintenance is very good. Food quality for breakfast also excellent. We tried one day dinner from hotel restaurant, quality is very good. Definitely recommended for 3/4 days stays in munnar. Have good 1/2 restuarant nearby also. One additional point they have munnar chocolate factory just 2/3 mins walk. Look for deals the normal tariff looks slightly higher than usual.

Location is very good. Valley view balcony and room is very good. Restaurant food is very good. The road to hotel is narrow and sloppy.

Very good experience. The resort was excellent with very good staff, good food, good ambience and good stay. Room is excellent with all necessary essentials breakfast and dinner was delicious overall experience was excellent

Very bad experience no light and fan and none of the plug working on my room and even after informing on morning no body came to see when i come back.

Worst experience, paid good amount 16k for two night but not at all worthy. Rooms are too small. The amount which we paid in that amount we will be able to book much better

Nice place to stay here with family and friends. The infrastructure and resort location was excellent. Swimming pool was maintained superbly. Restaurant was good. Room service and room maintenance was excellent.

Neat and clean room. Staff is very cordial. They address any request. Breakfast was good. Taste wise, a little improvement can be done. It was a nice stay for me

This place is lit. We went on a family trip and we really loved the premium valley view rooms. The people at reception are really sweet. The staff explained everything inside room in person. Rooms and bathrooms are so neat and clean. Situated at anachal and it's a good place to stay near munnar for a pleasant experience. Food is a 4 star, it can still be improved. Worth visiting again

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was a good experience i must say. The view was beautiful from the room and service was amazing. The food was okay.
