Simply perfection. Elegant lobby and friendly welcome. Stylish rooms with stunning views. Impeccable service and spotlessly clean. Fine dining in two lovely restaurants. Heated pools with gorgeous views of sunsets. Zen garden and comfortable lounges. We were honoured with a candlelit supper snd amazing floral decoration of our room snd table. We had the best time snd will come again.

We were a family of 2 adults and 3 young children stayed in Room no 306/307 valley facing balcony rooms. Views from the rooms were stunning. Its a very well maintained property with spacious rooms which had all the amenities. Bathroom was nice, it however lacked pool. Sufficient parking space in adjacent plot. It has got 2 temperature controlled swimming pool, one at 1st floor and other at roof top which is an infinity one. Large children activity area and a small gymnasium for the hotel guests also on the 4th floor. Food is excellent. I am saying this because of the very tasty north Indian food which we had at dinner on both days of our stay. Breakfast buffet was lavish.. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Wll definitely recommend it.

Stand alone hotel with top class service. Great location excellent service and staff. Rooms spacious and clean ameneties are well provided. Great breakfast . indian cusine is very good. Two seperate pools . two resturants and one coffeeshop.

Definitely the best hotel to stay in Munnar Everything was perfect during our stay and we had the best Indian food there during our whole trip in Kerala. The infinity pool on the rooftop is stunning and you can enjoy some gorgeous sunsets there All the team was super nice and always ready to help with anything we might need. All the rooms have a view facing the valley which is also amazing. Highly recommend you to stay at The Panoramic Getaway when you visit Munnar!

My stay at The Panoramic Getaway in Munnar was an absolute delight, but the sunset view from the rooftop infinity pool was truly the highlight. Watching the sun slowly set over the hills, while relaxing in the pool or on a sunbed was a magical experience that I’ll never forget. What made the experience even more special was the warm and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The team was always ready to help, offering fantastic local recommendations for sightseeing keeping my timelines in mind. The rooms were modern, clean, and designed to showcase the beautiful mountain views, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. If you are looking for breathtaking views, and genuinely warm hospitality, The Panoramic Getaway is the perfect choice. Can’t wait to return!

Firstly, the taxi arranged by the hotel was disappointing. It wasn’t a standard taxi but rather a scruffy vehicle that didn’t feel appropriate for a hotel of this caliber. The three-hour journey on winding roads at very high speeds was uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel safe. There was also no water provided in the car, which was surprising for a supposedly 5*hotel service. I arrived at the hotel at 12 PM, as I had informed them in advance, but the check-in experience was underwhelming. The greeting was not warm or welcoming, and after such a long journey, I expected more from a 5-star hotel. My room wasn’t ready, and rather than offering any guidance on where I could wait or what I could do, I was simply told to sit on a chair. No one offered to show me around or make me feel at ease. When I raised my concerns with the receptionist, rather than apologizing, she argued with me—a very disappointing first impression of both the front of house staff and service. Breakfast was average, though at least the restaurant staff were friendlier. One evening, the WiFi in my room stopped working, and the response from reception was frustratingly slow. I called, and they assured me they would check and get back to me, but 20 minutes later, there was no update. I called again, and they casually said, “Oh yes, it’s fine; I’ll send someone.” Fifteen minutes later, still no one had come, so I had to call a third time. When a technician finally arrived, he confirmed there was an issue and said they would bring a modem. However, another 25 minutes passed without any update, forcing me to chase reception yet again. I was repeatedly told they would call me back, but nearly three hours later, I still hadn’t received any communication. This experience reinforced the poor service levels from front of house. To add to the disappointment, I had informed the staff that I would be checking out at 4 AM for my flight home. They offered to prepare a packed breakfast since I had paid for it, but unsurprisingly, it was not provided when I checked out. Overall, while the pool, views, room cleanliness, and the restaurant staff were excellent and lived up to 5-star expectations, but the front of house service, communication, and overall guest experience fell far below that standard.
