Palette Hill View Resorts Vagamon

Our staycation at Palette Hillview Resort was truly amazing! We had a fantastic time over the two days we spent there, and everything was absolutely seamless, even with our little kids. A special shoutout to Praveen, Sreeraj and the restaurant manager. The security personnel, the housekeeping team, the chefs, and the caretakers—all of whom went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Their service was nothing short of excellent. The resort’s multi-cuisine restaurant was a culinary delight! The food was exceptionally delicious, offering a wide variety of options, including authentic Kerala cuisine, Indian dishes, and English breakfasts. The complimentary breakfast was simply outstanding, featuring a delightful mix of traditional Kerala flavors and classic English breakfast choices. Beyond the amazing hospitality and food, the resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful and maintained with the highest standards of hygiene and safe. During our visit to the resort, we chose one of the premium rooms. Every corner of the property exudes charm, making it a perfect getaway. We visited the resort in February during the summer season. The days were quite warm, but the nights were pleasantly calm and cool, giving us a touch of winter’s charm. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this place. We are already looking forward to visiting again!

A must visit resort with serene ambience and good hospitality. Wow what an infinity pool with a wonder view which makes a complete stay. Food is awesome and staffs are very kind. Special mention to Mr Vipin Raveendran moment you reached the resort he makes you comfortable. Overall highly recommended stay.

The room service n decor was excellent. Good clean rooms. MR PRAVEEN had done a good job by decorating our room on account our anniversary . Restaurant service was too slow though. Taste was good but service was too slow.Request to add on some changes in the restaurant services.

Very poor experience Totaly understaffed it seems, no one to attemd in restaurant. No lift available, very difficult for elderly persons. Construction going on which totaly disturbed the ambience, Room was ok, bit overpriced i would say
