Our Experience at Shola Crown Resort (January 2025) Our stay at Shola Crown Resort in January 2025 was disappointing and certainly not worth the price. The dense fog made it difficult to locate the resort, and despite multiple attempts to contact the staff for directions, no one answered our calls, which only added to the inconvenience. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was unhelpful and did little to make us feel welcome. The room conditions were very disappointing. A strong musty odor filled the space, and the walls were covered in mold, creating an unhygienic and uncomfortable environment. The shower was malfunctioning, and there was no hot water—a significant drawback given the cold weather. The most concerning issue was the condition of the towels provided by the Resort. They had a noticeable odor and visible red stains on them clearly indicating they hadn't been washed, which fell far below the hygiene standards expected from a resort. Overall, the poor maintenance and lack of basic cleanliness left us deeply dissatisfied. We urge the management to address these issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests.
