Quiet Hours – The use and enjoyment for all property owners is important to us. Please respect your neighbors, quiet hours are between 10:00 PM-8:00 AM. 2. Parking information – We all need to do our part to not impede emergency responder’s duties. Parking cannot restrict access by emergency vehicles or the traveling public, and cannot encroach neighboring properties. 3. Garbage – Help keep our area beautiful for all to enjoy. Garbage, refuse, or recycling must be stored completely enclosed within designated refuse containers. 4. Septic – Please help us protect our environment. If you observe raw septage leaking or seeping out of the ground contact us immediately 5. Protect our Lakes – Help us keep our lakes clean and free of Aquatic Invasive Species. Please review all AIS material provided prior to launching any watercraft. • Please keep ALL windows closed when the air conditioner and heating systems are on. Running the A/C with windows open will cause the unit to freeze up and stop working. • The thermostat should remain between 68 and 72 degrees and left on auto. • If you use the fire pit, keep all flames in the ring and make sure fire is out before the ring is left unattended. • No parties or events with more than 8 people permitted without prior authorization. • Please Please NO confetti. It's impossible to clean up. • If you move any furniture, do so carefully and return to original location before check out. • Pets are no longer allowed due to complaints of dog hair. We simply don't have time to clean the whole house to remove it all. • Please rinse/wipe/shake all sand off before entering the house, not in the showers. There is an outdoor hose for this. • Please turn OFF all lights and shut doors when not in use and when you leave the house. We want you to enjoy your stay here in Crosslake. Please be aware that these are the most common complaints to which our law enforcement agencies must respond. Following these simple courtesies will make your visit more enjoyable for everyone.
