The Ibnii - Eco Luxury Resort

We inititially planned for our vacation early 2024 but our trip got postponed to Dec end. We decided visit Ibnii resort for our vacation. And oh boy, it was worth the wait. We had a luxurious and fantastic experience during our stay at Ibnii. Right from the reception till our checkout, the rooms, the staff, the services, Food and the especially the resort itself was simply Amazing. Amidst 125 acres of lush forest & Coffee plantation, there are multiple villas and cottages in this resort. We booked a temperature controlled pool villa which was luxurious and it was located little further from the reception more private. Only thing they dont provide is the dental kit as they dont provide plastic stuff, you must bring your dental kit yourself. The villa had a minibar, couple of rest rooms, a living room, wardrobe, a spacious bedroom, swimming pool which was temparature controlled and we also got a jacuzzi inside the villa. The villa was luxurious, you get completetary cookies and chocolates everyday. My kid did not wanted to come out of the swimming pool. It was well maintained and cleaned. The resort itself is quite huge,you can walk and explore different areas of the resort. You also have buggy service that can be availed to navigate through the resort. The wait time is also less than 10 minutes. There is spa and wellness centre here with different massages and treatments. You also have nature walks, eco and plantation walks that show different areas of the resorts including biogarden. Every evening you can enjoy the free superb homegrown coffee at Kaldi Kaapi, the coffee shop here. You also get free snack of the day, only in the evening. We enjoyed the baking session here with Chef Meenakshi, who taught us how to bake cookies with simple ingredients such as Butter, Organic Jaggery and Atta. We even designed our own cookies and baked them. And we got all the cookies we baked here for ourselves. There was a Play area for kids where they can walk across rope bridges, there were swings and a common swimming pool as well. We enjoyed the walk across the property, there were beautiful view points, ponds and lakes inside the property. There is alsdo a gym and banquet hall here. Coming to Food, the vegetarian spread was good, deserts were made mainly from Jaggery, they dont use refined sugar here. It was light on our stamach and was healthy. We liked food for all the breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay. We would like to make a special mention of some of the Ibnii employees who made our stay extra comfortable and pleasant: Arya, Haripriya, Liza, Vindhya from Front office who fulfilled all our requests during our stay. Arpitha, Pankaj, Amit, Ashraf, Abhinandan who helped us with our dining throughout our stay. Chef Yashwant Kumar from Baalelle restaurant who provided amazing vegetarian cuisine. We were a family of 34 members stayed for 2 nights. The stay was extraordinary. The rooms are spacious and very neat and well maintained. The food was awesome. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. We thank Sri Muddappa and his team for their care, love and affection towards guests.

Our stay at IBNII was the change that we needed. It was the best 3 days vacation we had. We also experienced their Ayurvedic Abhyanga and Shirodhaara massage. Dr. Gia explained our body types very well, and told us what massage options will best suite us. Massagists Nikita and Veena were quite knowledgeable and helped me and my friend with focused massage points which released most of our neck/shoulder pain. The food was another experience. It was very tasty with all the variety that we craved for. And their good night message was a sweet surprise 😍 All in all, our stay at IBNII was a very beautiful and serene experience 😃

Everything was great hospitality services and experience was amazing it was great and pleasent weather loved all the things and was so good we all loved it me and my friends had a great weekend all the staff and other service were very professional and we loved it

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay. After visiting 4 or 5 times before, I never expected the experience to crash and burn like this. I booked a pool villa with a jacuzzi, hoping for a relaxing escape, but instead, I encountered pure filth. The jacuzzi jets clearly hadn't seen a cleaner in ages. When turned on, what spewed out was a revolting mix of dirt and gunk. Simply unacceptable. The breakfast was painfully basic, and to make matters worse, even the bottle caps had dirt on them. A spider web was connecting the napkin cloth to the water glass, adding to the overall lack of cleanliness. When I voiced my concerns, I was met with sheer unprofessionalism. The manager barely bothered to discuss the breakfast issue and absurdly avoided dealing with the jacuzzi disaster by telling his staff to relay that he was "unavailable." This was not only disrespectful but also led to pointless arguments that ruined what was supposed to be a much-anticipated vacation. It's clear that this place desperately needs to overhaul its maintenance and customer service. And probably change the management. They need to wake up and realize how badly they're failing loyal guests.

I had a great time at the Ibnii. The staff is very welcoming, food is great, the resort is extremely huge, has a coffee shop where you can chill and enjoy different coffees. I took a spa at their resort and It was amazing! Had a great time with friends there and their villas are absolutely neat and clean. Would 10/10 recommend everyone to go there. The weather is soooo good! It drizzles, its just amazing! And you get to see a lot of monkeys too 😍. It’s an eco luxury resort and I love one thing about it that if you end up wasting anything in your food plate, then you’d have to pay the hotel about 100 rupees for 10gms. Great concept to reduce wastage. And also the jacuzzi works only when they have enough watch to provide! Overall my stay was good.
