My partner and I stayed in one of Hotel Xereca's Dalt Villa apartments for 1 week in May. It was located in the heart of the medieval old town. I found it an excellent location for my first time in Ibiza. The house was very stylish, spacious and clean and had a terrace with a view of the harbour and the Cathedral. We were greeted by a lovely member of staff from Hotel Rural Xereca (5star Hotel outside of Ibiza town) - Which we could access and use their pool and facilities. They have a few apartments so look through the photos and pick the one you want. We stayed in "Dalt Villa Apartment with sea view" If you're driving - There is very limited parking in Dalt Villa, however Xereca can sort it for 25euro or there is free parking at IKEA which is about a 20 min walk away.
