Esta bien ubicado las instalaciones son grandes el bus que viene del aeropuerto pasa frente al hotel súper cerca de la parada. Lo malo se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de los palillos y escaleras. ! La comida normal de hotel la atención de los camareros muy amables un placer coincidir con Lorena excelente y encantadora de lo más bonito que he conocido en Ibiza ojalá más personas especiales como ella ! Gracias a ella la estadía genial el hotel como cualquier otro nada en especial !

We had a great time staying in this hotel, just arrived back from a week stay and have to say the hotel doesn’t deserve the bad reviews it gets. Our room was really quite big (premium double) for two adults, one child and baby cot. The view from the balcony was nice, and the floors were cleaned everyday, and fresh towels. The food was fine, plenty of salad and fruit options, some themed nights. Always plenty of tables to get. Snack menu round the pool served pizzas and burgers. The roof top terrace was beautiful and served drinks in a proper glass. Pool and downstairs bars are plastic ones. All the staff members are very friendly from every department, and all work very hard and make an effort with the kids. The kids entertainment was good, kids club twice a day and then a mini disco at 8.30. The ladies who done it were great. Yes you get dropped off two minutes round the corner from the hotel on the bus, people acting like they get dropped off a mile away on previous reviews. We had three suitcases a pushchair and two kids, and it wasn’t a massive issue . The location is really good. Just across the road from the beach, and about a twenty five minute walk along the promenade into sanantoni, or twenty minutes in the other direction from the reggae beach and other bars. Transfer was about half an hour. This is a lovely 3 star hotel.

Great 3 star hotel. Super clean, nice rooms and a perfect location. The adults only pool is a great addition if you don't have children. Shame you can't have a drink in a glass at this pool as the other half doesn't like the plastic cups. Food was plentiful. Had good choice, always something to eat. Freshly cooked meats and omelets are great. Nice walk around the bay and access to bars and beach restaurants. Definitely recommend.

This should now be a 2* hotel after visiting a second time this year and many years previously we will not be going back. We wanted to give it benefit of doubt when returning back but it was worse than in June, We did fill in a complaint for has we was told it was our prerogative! We went to see the Rep to say yes it might seem petty but the little things add up. The towels where slightly bigger than hand towels, when asked why there was all other language Chanel’s on the Tv except English we was told by reception it was the satellite signal! Abby the rep said she thought since brexit this has been a problem? No plug for the bath. The towels were a lot bigger after for two days then went back to small no plug was ever brought in and the Tv was put on English channels. The dining hall was no hygiene implemented what so ever with staff clearing dirty plates then setting tables with no gloves or washed hands. The whole place was full of ants and flies the adult pool was full off black hair it was just dirty. I’m so sorry bergantine we won’t be coming back. Jet2 there is no safety when getting in and out of bath/shower and I slipped several times we got to a point that it was better to just ride the week out.

This is my second time in this hotel (first 12 years ago) and returned as we were looking for a budget price hotel after just buying a house (and lets face it we all know how expensive going out to nice places in Ibiza is). I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this hotel, however it is advertised as a 3 star and is a decent 3 star hotel. If you want more you need to pay more. Ill give a very honest review as find these really helpful when trying to choose a hotel. PROS: HOTEL - Hotel has been refurbished since I have last been (12 years ago) and looks great for a 3 star hotel - Always very clean, rooms cleaned daily with new towels etc. - Great air con in room (actually had to turn it off at times overnight it was that good) - Nice enough room and balcony - Choice of both family or adult pool and also different sunbathing areas with double sunbeds. - Entertainment seemed ok for kids although as not having kids with us we didn't really see much of it and didn't go to the entertainment at night (instead opting for the roof top terrace before going out) - Lovely roof top terrace to watch the sunset- also nice for a wee chill out through the day. - Plenty sunbeds so never a rush- even on a couple of late mornings after a late night. This may how ever be due to us being there the first week in Sept and not earlier as I see some comments about the lack of sunbeds and the rush in the morning. - Great drink token system running so no used dirty glasses lying about. You get a token when you check in and use this when getting your drink- when finished you either get another drink and new glass or get your token back for next time. I see a few review complaining about carrying tokens- this was in no way an issue for us and kept the place clean. - All staff were very hard working and didn't stop. They were all friendly enough considering how busy they were. - i have seen some reviews about vomiting bug with in the hotel- there was no sign of this while I was there, seems to have passed. Also to add, the cleaning was fabulous in this hotel and as a nurse I'm aware these kind of viruses not spreading rely not only on cleaning but on folk washing their hands at the right times. A bug like this taken in to any hotel that is all inclusive is very hard to contain especially with so may children. The staff were always doing a great job and place seemed very clean. ALL INCLUSIVE FOOD: - I actually cant believe anyone is moaning about this as the standard for a 3 star is great. Its not fancy but if you want fancy you need to pay for a fancy hotel. We were there for a week and there was something different every night- along with a fabulous salad bar and desert bar with lots of options on both. The standard of food was slightly better than you would expect form a 3 star. - its a busy dinning room but that's to be expected for a large hotel. - Dinning room kept clean and staff always taking your dirty plates away quickly. - Snack ba

Stayed at Hotel Bergantin in early September. Have stayed a number of times and it remains excellent. Very clean rooms and lovely hotel. Staff work very hard and great too catch up with old friends. Food plentiful and varied. Hotel grounds beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel 🏨. Lovely holiday and relaxed here. Special mention to the young musician who played on Sunday night 8th Sept excellent guitar and vocals. Well done.😀. Look forward to returning and see everyone again next year. Thank you.😀.

Having read recent reviews, we arrived with low expectations! Good points - adults only pool is pleasant and peaceful, plenty of beds available. Plenty of drink options and they are happy to give good measures! The staff are friendly, and the location is good - 10 /15 mins walk to the centre of the bay, but bars and shops nearby. Less good points - no fridge, kettle or coffee in the room. The food is diabolical, probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. They deserve a medal for being able to get the flavour out of everything! Most food is either boiled or fried to death. We were a room of 3 but only had 2 chairs?! We also didn’t have enough pillows and it took 3 days for someone to sort those out for us. But the worst bit was probably having broken aircon for 3 nights. All we needed was a new remote but we had to get the Jet2 rep involved to get it fixed. We also returned to the room one afternoon to find dirty towels and cloths just left on the bathroom counters!
