Unfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash. But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building. When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning. I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments. I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing.

Das B&B Hyeres war eines der wenigen Hotels welches zu unserer Reisezeit noch Zimmer frei hatte...das hätte uns zu denken geben sollen... Positiv: Gut erreichbar, Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel nur mit Tor-Code erreichbar, sehr freundliches Personal NEGATIV: extrem laut da direkt an Hauptverkehrstrasse, Klimaanlage kühlt nur auf 28°C bei 35°C Außentemperatur, Zimmer muffig, Bettbezug und Matratze verschimmelt, und Achtung, obwohl 'B&B' wurde Frühstück am Tag der Abreise extra und rückwirkend berechnet.

Si cet hôtel est facile à trouver et à environ 1 km du centre il est en bord de routes et jouxte un rond point crois à la croisée de boulevards très passant le parking est bien fermé mais est accessible par les immeubles voisins avec certaines places dédiées. Pour les chambres la propreté est correcte ce qui n'est pas le cas des escaliers et paliers . Les chambres ne sont pas ou peu insonorisées ou d'une autre époque ce qui fait que dormir sans bouchons est quasi impossible on entend la circulation , le lit est assez étroit pour deux 160 , dans notre chambre ( de la douche ) des odeurs fortes de canalisation nous ont aussi accompagnées , donc une expérience que nous ne renouvèlerons pas pour 85 € quand même ! ( ce qui n'est pas le prix maxi )
